We came home from here last Monday, our first time in Crete/Greece. Loved it. Great staff, food and good entertainment. There were two entertainment areas. My husband used the gym, he said it was good. Swam in the salt water pool once, bit too cold for me. The other pool was warmer. I even swam in the sea, there’s a bar and restaurant nearby belonging the hotel. We didn’t go to the water park section. We ate twice at Kuzina, once at Kum Kuat, once off site at the Taverna, the rest in the main restaurant. Although there was just the two of us we were in a family room which meant we had plenty of space. I went on the hotel’s boat trip which was good and also nice to see the hotel from the sea. My only criticism and I blame myself for not doing anything about it was I struggled to get into the bath to use the shower. I should have asked for a room with a walk in shower. I’d definitely go back.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in, thank you to all the staff who have made this holiday extra special, I have to say I’ve never met a team like them they are all so very happy & cheerful & have made our holiday so special they can’t do enough for you. A massive thank you to all the boys/men on the beach serving us amazing cocktails , I haven’t had to move off my sun lounger all week ( well only to cool off in the beautiful sea ) You are all amazing & nothing was to much for you. All the reception staff & restaurants were amazing the food, the staff again all superb. The grounds of the hotel so very special & kept immaculate & a special mention about the beautiful little chapel , I lit 2 candles for 2 very special people . I travelled with my 27 year old daughter for a mum & daughter week away, we have both had the best week ever, beautiful breakfasts with so much choice then relaxing most days on the beach, sipping cocktails on our sun loungers, having lunch at the beach club, again amazing food & staff. Evenings enjoying lovely wine & cocktails & visiting all the beautiful restaurants again amazing choices. I’ve also got to mention the beautiful smell of the hotel it’s like walking in to a Jo malone or white company store it’s smells absolutely amazing, I bought a Marbella candle from the hotel shop to remind myself of the amazing time we had xx Thank you so very much MarBella - Corfu we will definitely be back xxx

This was a beautiful hotel and grounds, clean, modern and beautifully kept. Its near the road but you can't hear noise plus the traffic goes under a tunnel of the hotel grounds. Thank you to the Front Office Supervisor Konstantinos for the lovely room, it was absolutely stunning and made our holiday. The rooms all looked beautifully furnished. Shout of to Jim the Pool Bar Manager who went above and beyond for us and was so helpful, friendly and such a kind-hearted young man. He definitely made our holiday round the pool fun. Everyone who work here were amazing and friendly too, can't do enough for you. The Fridge was filled with lots of drinks on AL. Shampoo, Gel and Conditioner was in the shower. Used all restaurants which were all lovely and food was top notch. The buffet was lovely too and lots to choose from every time we went in. There are a couple of local restaurants near by, which i think you get a discount to use so we were told by a few people. Drinks are plentiful and you have a app to order from round the pool so you don’t have to get up. Food at the Pool was lovely, we went to the beach bar one day which has a stunning view and food was gorgeous. Corfu town was lovely and only 20 mins on a bus for about 4 euros return each and went every 15 minutes it think from the road side and a few came up to pick up at the hotel too. When we were on way back from Corfu town, we noticed there is a bridge in front of the airport runway where the sea is and noticed people standing on it taking photos of planes landing overhead, which would have been fun if we knew it was there. So, check it out as the bus stopped nearby. On the day we left it was a late flight, just ask at reception a few days before if there is a room to use to shower and they will book you a 30 minute slot to use one. All in all, perfect holiday. First time at an all inclusive and it did not disappoint! From start to finish the level of service from all the staff was excellent along with the food at all the al a carte restaurants and the buffet! The style and layout of the hotel is unreal, you don’t even need to leave the hotel! Worth every penny! Will 100% be returning.

Stayed here for a week on all inclusive plus and do not have a bad word to say. The service from every member of staff was impeccable, there was no problem too big. Attention to detail when it came to cleanliness was above and beyond, with staff constantly cleaning all areas. A large complex with picturesque gardens/grounds, so never felt over crowded. Extensive drinks menu across all bars and above average food in the buffet dining with plenty of choice. Nice option to dine a la carte too. The complimentary boat trip was such a nice touch, which departed from the beach just a couple of minutes walk away. Will definitely consider returning! Worth every penny ☺️

The service and cleanliness at this hotel is amazing. After getting off to a rocky start with an issue in our room we were moved and able to enjoy the resort. The food at the Al a carte restaurants, pool bars, beach, water park and two buffet areas was lovely. Ordering drinks and food to your sun lounger via the app just add to the experience. We did the sunset boat trip, the spa and made use of the SUP, pedalos and kayaks. All of which was included. We were booked on the South Corfu boat trip but the weather took a turn and it was cancelled (couldn't be helped). If you are ever lucky enough to be here in a thunder shower then bars and main restaurant offer an amazing view of the lightening over the sea. The hotel took on a lot of water but by the next day there were staff everywhere cleaning and fixing, even cleaning the seaweed that washed up back into the sea. We would love to come back here. Word of warning: if you don't want to be surrounded by baby's and toddlers this may not be the place for you. It's really is a family resort and there are babies and toddlers everywhere.

What an exceptional holiday. I had become a bit nervous reading reviews but from our experience they were unfounded. We needed a break, some luxury, easy days and a place that understood children. This was it; Pros - the staff are exceptional - thank you from the bottom of our heart. Just truly incredible service and with kindness during toddler tantrums - if you have a niggle talk to them - it was dealt with each time and without exception resolved - a sea view room is a worthy additional expense - the sea was warmer than all the pools and a beautiful experience - food great quality and the veal in the Celeste (French restaurant) deserves a special mention - so very well looked after when we had a veryage transfer - fantastic spa treatments - never an issue with sun beds - exceptional drinks and drinks service around the pools and beach - we never dreamed of using the creche but having seen the facility and the quality of staff members it gave us a very welcome afternoon off Cons - nature - the mosquitos are ALL day so pack spray and don't assume it'll only be an evening things. The wasps routinely mentioned bothered but never stung +the buffet was quite repetitive but from a big resort and sustainability perspective I understand the need for using same ingredients - it would be amazing if a playground could be considered for any future upgrades. I feel this amenity would be a great enhancement on wet weather days We will see you again

We have just got back from a fantastic week at Mar-bella. We travelled as a couple and a solo friend. As soon as you step into the hotel, the scent is amazing, nice and subtle smell throughout. I ended up buying the candle and the air room spray from the on site shop and I cannot wait to use them. To start with, the rooms were immaculate, spacious and cool, nice air con. Nice coffee pods, water and everything else you need. The only downside was the TV, the Netflix was not working, and minimal English channels, but that didn't put a downer on our stay. This is not being critical on the hotel at all, but my husband likes to watch it when in the room. Restaurants were superb, we had 4 nights a la carte, but only used 3. The buffet in main restaurant was amazing, very good choice of warm and cold foods, plenty of vegetarian choice and plenty deserts. Big shout out to the 2 managers from La Terezza, I think his name is Theodenis and Dimitra, my apologies if i spelt wrong. They made multiple phonecalls and chatted with the executive chef, in order for me to have a loster (payed extra price as not in the menu) but they went above and beyond to fulfil my wish. I cannot be more thankful for this, but like they said, if you don't ask, you don't get and nothing is impossible. THANK YOU. Staff were so friendly and helpful, nobody was rude or unhelpful. We cannot thank them enough for their smiles and their service. Pools are lovely and what a lovely addition to have the pebble beach with the food and drinks service. Staff are working so hard to ensure everyone is served in a quick manner and the distance they have to cover to ensure we had a lovely time. Cannot fault this hotel at all, and they look so well after their clients. They even sent a taxi after us in corfu town, when I phoned them and not knowing what to do in a very busy town. Thank you again. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, we cannot fully recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back. Yes, there were babies crying and kids making noise, but is not the hotel's fault. It is a family hotel and if people want peace, they should go to adults only. Thank you to everyone at Mar-bella and cannot wait to return.

Never having been to a hotel more than once, this was actually our 8th visit to Marbella Corfu and as always it felt like coming home, as our experience once again was absolutely excellent. We last visited in 2021 and yet several members of staff recognised and remembered us, which goes to the ethos as to why we love the Marbella group. Their staff are what make all their hotels so wonderful and successful and their retention of staff over many years proves they are a valued asset and we hope well rewarded for their dedication! We want to say a really special thank you to Pangiota for all her kind care and attention, she went out of her way to make us feel special and organised lots of special treats to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary in style. We also would like to give outstanding credit for the 5 star service and beyond, to the two loveliest of ladies - Niki Kosma and Konstantinos Gouloumi. They ensured all our visits to the new and wonderful Kuzina Restaurant were memorable and relaxing, as they took the greatest care to ensure we had a wonderful experience every time. They really exemplify everything about excellent customer service and are a credit to their roles. They are the reason we keep returning and will most certainly do so again. Also worth mentioning are the other assets to the hotel providing outstanding service making us feel as if we are amongst family including Anathasia and Lara, who also really looked after us.
