Pittsburgh Airport Inn and Suites

Place is run down. There was a leaking roof. Absolutely no response on messages sent through trip.com. Response of the receptionist was to call directly. Makes sense. But then why doea trip send you emails with chats from the hotel?!

Hotel was great. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful. They are clearly under new ownership and still working on the physical transition (signs, etc) but everything that mattered was perfect. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

This hotel is comfortable. There was a shuttle to the airport, but we didn’t need it as I dropped my family off at the airport myself. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean.

Stayed for.couple hours had a early am flight they did have cold breakfast

Friendly staff and close to airport
