Seamark on First

Super convenient location. Apartment was very clean. Mangers are really friendly and helpful. Only small issue is the drain grate in the car park exit is very noisy when cars exiting the car park, especially on level 2 where we stayed. Overall a good place to stay.

Great staff and once more I believe say great staff can make or break a holiday, excellent position, close to great shopping and delicious food , apartments all in all were very quiet ( but getting outdated and tied ) very clean and great sleep air-conditioning works great and the second small lounge room upstairs for the kids to game on was very relaxing for my wife and I. probably won't be back as the off peak price at over $600 per night for a penthouse with was just a high 3 bedroom with no roof top amenities seemed very over priced and the constant walking up and down the stairs from the first floor to the second was a little hectic, but the positives definitely out way the negatives with these apartments Thank you

We stayed in the same apartment which is clean and well appointed. Great view as always. Also appreciate the information provided at check in on local dining, tours and events.

Seamark was well located - a few steps to the beach, close to shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. All apartments are individually owned so decor and fit out can vary. Room 804 had a partial ocean view, pleasant decor, tired furnishings but was comfortable. The kitchen area had a smell but we kept the balcony door open during our stay and it wasn’t an issue. The main bedroom had an ensuite with a leaky tap. The second bathroom had a broken tap in the shower. There was a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack etc. the second bedroom was just partitioned with some bifold doors - somewhat stuffy but there was a fan provided. Three rolls of single ply toilet paper were provided for three adults for six nights - inadequate - and you had to pay $1 for two rolls at reception for more which I thought was outrageous given I was paying $3500 for my stay. Also you had to empty bins and wash dishes on departure otherwise an extra fee would be incurred. Again - given the price - I thought this was unfair. Shampoo, body lotion, soap, washing detergent, dishwashing liquid was supplied. Front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. Can be a little noisy if you leave the windows open - cafe across the road drags out their chairs at 6:00am, garbage trucks etc.

This is our 4th stay at SeaMark. We return not just because of the great view, but because of the amazing team that look after us on every occasion. Thanks especially to Dakota. Excellent customer service. Rooms are clean, great amenities like the pool, close to beach, shops and restaurants.

I cannot speak highly enough of the managers of Seamark. A dedicated mother and daughter team, Dakota and Melinda went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. My apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, and safe. It was just across the road from Mooloolaba Beach, a lovely coffee shop, with easy access to restaurants. Multi layers of security meant I felt incredibly safe during my stay. Each apartment is individually decorated to suit a range of tastes and needs. Cannot recommend highly enough.
