Coq hôtel

We stayed as two couples for four nights. Both rooms were very comfortable and kept very clean each morning. The fridge was excellent and had plenty of room , the shower was hot and large , and the bed very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets if required. Plenty of storage area for clothes which is often a problem and a working safe in the room . We reserved parking which is recommended and the car park was locked in the evening. The rooms were at the back of the hotel which overlooked the courtyard which meant they were very quite. Only negative was there was no bar and the restaurant at the back of the courtyard right by the hotel wouldn't let you walk through or serve you drinks only. They were very rude. The pictures seem to suggest they are linked but it's not the case. I found it very odd you couldn't get a drink here.

We were looking for a central hotel with parking. This has both, but the car park was very tight for larger cars and was first come first served. There was safe street parking outside though. The rooms were large and spacious. The room was clean and quiet. More of a traditional French B&B. Felt it was on the expensive side compared to other places I've stayed in the area.

Petit hôtel traditionnel, très confortable, très calme, avec de grandes chambres parfaitement équipées et des standards plutôt élevés. Accueil très attentif. Petits déjeuners très copieux et vraiment bons. A recommander
