Honestly, it gets hot! The fan provided is kind of weak!
Front desk people aren't that helpful.
But its definitely a good value. Generally more private than you would think!

Quite bad, not cleanned at all. Take your bed sheets pillow and comforter with you. No air conditioning. Fans are almost dead. Garbage in the room. VERY BAD beds. Even Dharmshala are far better

You're in a single dorm among 8 others and there's 2 stalls on each side for the toilet sink and shower sink. Keep in mind, they are tiny, you do not have much room to shower or use the sink. The floors are dirty so bring your own slippers if you plan to shower and walk around the dorm. The front desk speaks both English and French which was helpful. No A/C so the ceiling fan and window are your only hopes. Bring a personal fan or be prepared for humid days. Would recommend if you're just looking to survive on a tight budget as the conditions are the bare minimum.

For the price, this was a practical place to stay. In the summer, the lack of air conditioning is rough on warm days (below normal temperature when I was there, but still hot). They provided a fan that helped. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff indicated the parking garage had a different operator and they couldn't tell me how to get back into the garage aside from how I entered. I ended up slipping in as a car left and propped an emergency door open to bring my stuff in. The elevator door was locked, so I couldn't access it - I'm fortunate to be healthy. If you are looking for an inexpensive, convenient and low budget option, I would recommend it, but avoid the parking garage.

Room was dirty. Fridge had ice buildup and barely worked and there was an ant infestation. Room was inexpensive and in a good location.

After reading all the reviews, I was honestly a little worried about this place. I got a private room with shared space for 8. On arrival I had no issues checking in and got the keys to my room quickly. The room was a little run down, but nothing unlivable. There was some dirt in the corners and the common space looked "unclean" but the sheets were fresh and towel/soap/shampoo were provided. The bed was more like a thick sleeping pad you would find in cabins but for the price and location I couldnt complain. It was warm but there were 2 fans provided in the room which kept me a decent temperature.
This is just my experience though, I saw some distraught looking travelers in the hallway that might have been having a worse time than me. If you're laid back and just needing a place to sleep it works perfect.

I have never seen staff at reception so unfriendly. I had called in the morning to see if an early check-in was possible and was told that it was. When we arrived at the residences, the three staff members at reception were not interested in dealing with us until 4pm, even though they were not busy. It appeared to be the same for several others people waiting in the lobby with their suitcases.

It had a bed and a functioning shower, that’s about it. There were dead bugs in the windowsills, live bugs in the bathroom, and the double bed mattress was actually a couple pieces of mattress held together in a frame. Very uncomfortable to sleep on when a third of the mattress is a separate section.

We were supposed to stay elsewhere and at 9pm, we were able to check in for the night with our 6 year old. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were clean, all the basics needed for an overnight stay.
