The best place to stay with everything at your fingertips ( history, dining, shopping, close to old town, McGill and everything else you would want). The apartment was lovely along with being convenient.

I was greeted by cockroaches in the kitchen and the bathroom. At first glance it looks clean, but if you look behind or under anything, it is quite filthy.

The room is not as new as in the pictures and it needs some minor maintenance, especially there are some humidity stains and the bedroom A/C generates odors

The location was super convenient, so many restaurants, shops and buses/subway stn nearby. However, we are girls and found it a bit inconvenient as the washroom counter has very little space to put on the makeup and skincare products and lavabo kinda stuck. Cleanliness was average as some corners was still dirty. It was hard to find temperature centre, wifi was weak as well. Good on average.

Great unit - modern and newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable. Contactless check in went smooth.

This place is in a great location - only a couple blocks from Crescent and St Catherine. The apartment was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. It was a great place to stay for 3 nights. The only upgrade I’d recommend is cleaning the exterior windows. There was a bit of street noise during the night but though to control that when you are downtown. We would definitely stay again.

Great area! Very clean and updated rooms. Comfy bed and love that we had a mini kitchen with fridge / stove / all kitchen amenities.

The property was very clean and spacious. Didnt look like much from the outside, but pleasantly surprised when enterung the unit. Would use them again.

This is the future of hotels! Absolutely loved everything about this experience. You check in yourself and get the entire suite. So much space, nice shower, washing machine, stove, utensils, tvs in bedroom and living room, king sized bed. No annoying people to deal with when checking in or out. Everything automated and autonomous. You can still email/text for support but otherwise you have everything you can ever need and instructions on how to use everything are crystal clear! The only down side is the lack of parking and you can't even stop the car in front of the lobby because of the no stopping signs but this is a small price to pay for this amazing hotel of the future.
