I liked everything. Handy for station, lovely room with a small balcony. Very clean and nice towels supplied. Receptionist was very welcoming and gave me some useful info about where to find Tourist Office. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

There is a lot of room for improvement in the rooms.
Breakfast very good, location excellent, staff very friendly, esp Teddy.

Heureusement que je n’ai pas fait attention aux avis négatifs… un ami me l’avait conseillé et j’ai bien fait de l’écouter, très bon rapport qualité prix … très bien localisé en face de la gare et à deux pas de la place central comédie. Personnel agréable chambre cosy

Réception fermée entre 12h et 15h, chambre exiguë, propreté douteuse ; la chambre attribuée à ma collègue était occupée ( sic..) ; les oreillers tellement usés que la mousse en sortait.. et j’en passe :( la seule chose correcte et l’emplacement en face de la gare

Bien recu, personnel très sympa mais la propreté de la chambre est loin de donner envie de revenir
(Gobelet de salle de bain sale, gobelet carton tout aussi sale, des cheveux trainent au sol dans la salle de bain et la chambre etc…)
Petit dejeuner avec un choix bof et des viennoiseries congelés cafe dolce gusto en dosette
Bref je ne m’attendais pas au luxe mais decu de l’etat des lieux
En esperant que ce commentaires servent a ameliorer la tenue de l’hotel
En tout cas merci au personnel très sympatique

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel un weekend.Bon emplacement , petit dej correct les viennoiseries sont très bonnes.Par contre les tables ne sont pas débarrassées au fur et à mesure le monsieur à l accueil nous ditque ce n' est pas son travail mais nous propose pas d appeller quelqu'un pour le faire . Incroyable ! Aucune proposition pour se garer tous les autres hôtels ont des partenariats avec les parkings . Chambres propres mais des tâches sur les moquettes .

Venu fêter mon anniversaire en amoureux, l’hôtel se disant 3 étoiles et bien noté de presque partout, je ne comprends pas soit j’ai hérité à la pire chambre soit les commentaires sont faux !! Arrivé devant la chambre déjà la couleur s’annonce… la porte ainsi que les murs de la chambres sont sales ! découverte d’un lit (limite un clipclap) deux matelas collé vraiment inconfortable, les coussins horribles avec des tâches de gras, serviette sales, la couette laissait apparaître un bout de l’intérieur !! Elle était noir et juste camouflé d’un drap blanc ! Nous avons demandé à avoir un changement de coussins et couette refus catégorique de la responsable et annulation impossible !!! résultat nous avons dormis sur un lit inconfortable sans couette et sans coussins ! Hors de question de dormir avec ! C’est honteux de se nommer Hôtel 3 étoiles lorsqu’on vérité on offre une qualité de Motel !!

Hôtel très simpatique le personnel très aimables et à l’écoute.Juste en face de la gare avec le parking à disposition et à 2min du centre ville,dès boutique, donc très pratique.Je recommande fortement.

L hôtel est en plein centre et en même temps la chambre est calme . Ici pour le week end la localisation est idéale juste en face la gare. La chambre est spacieuse et propre . A la réception Teddy est très sympathique, efficace de bon conseil et très a l écoute des clients. Très bon hôtel pour notre week end ! Je recommande.
