Hôtel Golf Fontcaude

Hello, so I must say something about my stay. It was during the same days as the clients with the previous comment. They were the rudest family I've ever seen and I 've had my share of hotels in my life. First of all our stay was good, personnel impeccable, the rooms are old but that's alright. Breakfast is good and have a lot of options. You have a great view if you take a room with view Golf. The family that left the comment were complaining that there is no AC but it's 6°C outside during the night so I don't see the need of AC but heater instead which was present and good. There is 2 parking spot for handicapped at the Hotel and they chose the one with roots underneath. Please refer to picture for this one, there is free WiFi and they give it to you at Check-in. Karim was his name was very helpful specially when the kids of that family were playing and making a lot of noises in the gym which is at the first floor of the Hotel. No need to say that after dark, having children playing without supervision in a gym is not okay. We called the desk because of the noise, so to that I say why does me, a paying customer have to endure that like they said. Plus they asked for a 30 to 50% discount on the nights and free breakfast for 5, and a refund for the night before, I couldn't believe my ears and this was before the gym incident. They were "doctors" apparently because they said to Karim, I'm a doctor and you're ONLY a receptionist, who speaks like that to an employee even if you're a paying customer ? Shame on them. They didn't like the first night BUT decided to stay a second night anyway, why ? And I'm no French expert but "putanesque" doesn't exist. PS: Thank you Karim for recommending restaurants near the Hotel.

We came to this hotel late at night the rooms were boiling hot so we turned on the air-conditioning; the rooms got hotter and hotter even when we turned it full on to the lowest temperature the thermostat in the room suggested that the temperature in the room at night was 25 °c ; in the morning we were told that the air-conditioning only worked to warm the rooms at this time of the year but we were not advised of it so we did not sleep a wink. WiFi was available but at huge expense; the first 10 minutes are free and then you have to pay €€€ The Staff are very rude and unhelpful coming up and telling us that our children could not use the exercise equipment even there were no signs to state that is the case. KARIM one of the reception staff told his daughter who was eating with him in the restaurant which was closed as it was Sunday that he wanted to hit me I told him I would call the police when we came back down he had hidden his daughter in a back office At one point he told me to go back to my room I stated I was a paying guest and he was a receptionist and could not tell me what to do KARIM also denied that he could speak any English but spoke to us earlier clearly in English The staff also stated after our poor night's sleep we would get a free breakfast and a new member came up and told us that this was not the case having been told by the first member of staff that he could not leave his station! KARIM also told not to raise my voice but would not let me get a word in edgeways and explain the conversation we had had in the morning, he was one of the most rude people I have ever delt with! KARIM also called me " putanesque" a "*****" which is completely unacceptable in any circumstance! The toilet seat in our bedroom was broken. There was a thumb tack on the floor of my daughter's room which could have ended up in her foot! As you enter the hotel there is a trip hazard with a door stopper in the middle of the hall! The disabled parking is like a mountain range with the tarmac blistered and raised making it entirely unsuitable for a disabled person let alone an able bodied person, my husband tripped over it and it was very poorly illuminated.please see night time photos and day time photos attatched Please read other people's reviews which are on a similar vein.

Aging hotel but nice staff. We ended up getting pizza delivered so we could eat on the terrace. The receptionist offered us napkins as we didn’t get from the delivery guy. He was a very nice tall guy. Maybe hôtel could be a bit cleaner. There is a funny odor in the hallway. Was perfect for a night. Easy to park. Easy to order pizza for a fast meal during our road trip.

Venus de la Suisse, nous voyageons depuis 10jours en passant 5 villes de france. Nous apprécions particulièrement l’accueil par téléphone ainsi sur place de la réception de cet hôtel. La chambre est assez grande. Le grand lit est confortable. La vue sur le golf est magnifique. Le prix du Green fee est très raisonnable. Les parcours sont bien entretenus. L’accueil du restaurant est chaleureux. Tout est sur place et très pratique. Bien sûr, on ne peut pas être parfait. Il manque un verre dans la salle de bain. Je recommande à cet hôtel et ce golf.

Ce n’est plus ce que c’était. Impossible de dormir jusqu’à 2:30 du matin à cause de jeunes mal élevés Je suis descendu chercher le veilleur pour qu’il remette de l’ordre… introuvable… De la r….. dans un golf c’est dommage… Climatisation inexistante au bar/restaurant. Tout pour plaire… Piscine petite et chambre moyennement propre. Savon vide au niveau de la vasque de la salle de bain et cassé dans la douche

Bonde de baignoire HS, échangeur idem. Réception catastrophique des chaînes télé donc impossible de regarder la télé. Aucune solution, "le technicien n'est là que lundi et toutes les chambres sont occupés". Aucune proposition de remise. Très décevant.

Etablissement bruyant sans intervention de la Direction. Jeunes adultes qui hurlent au pingouins pont et qui se battent dans la piscine. Chambre ultra sale avec des cheveux partout, de la poussière et des crottes de nez collés sur le mur, moisi à droit et à gauche et couchage d'un autre temps. Une honte. Refus d'être rembourser alors même que nous n'avons pas dormi sur place, un scandale...

Déçu.. Séjour de 2 nuits.. Pas de changement de serviettes dans la salle de bain.. Lit juste retapé.. Problème de réseau télévision 1 soirée sans télé !! Et ménage moyen !! Pour 272 euros. J attendais beaucoup mieux !!!! !!!! Dommage......!

Esta experiência foi razoável . O hotel já precisava de uma remodelação. O quarto não era agradável,mas a casa de banho vinha de lá um cheiro horrível,não percebi bem do que era mas tivemos que fechar a porta porque era muito desagradável. O pequeno almoço não era mau e o hotel é silencioso .
