I liked my stay, it was good the parking lot was nice, the elevator system where you go almost straight to your room not having to go trough the lobby every time is great very private you park your car and take an elevator straight to your room, the rooms are nice enough, the hotel looks fancy not too cheap i would do it again but it did have its issues that affected the overall experience. I was really exited about the views from the room and i needed the highest room possible and i called days before to let the staff know this and when i got to the hotel i asked to check in and i was just given whatever room and when i asked the lady if a higher one was free she really gave me no options and just said well thats what i got and thats it. The room was HOT by the sun the ac was off and it took a really long time to get to a good temp and there was nowhere to keep a cold drink no mini fridge no vending machines, just the hotel restaurant which i didnt bother trying. when i stepped out to do something and got back to the hotel i got greeted by the HOT room because when they clean it they leave the ac off the noise was bad because of the design of the doors next to each other whenever the neighbor went in or out of their room we panicked because it sounded just like it was our door opening, we could hear noise and people talking on the hallway. The rooms just arent very well isolated. But it was a good time and everything else was great, i would stay in this hotel again

Likes: bed comfort and ac works great, view of city, walking distance to shopping and eating, coffee shop in hotel, free parking with plenty of space. Dislikes: elevators are hot, to include the hallways up to your room, no ventilation. No microwave,coffee maker, or fridge. No cable but internet apps. Remotes were cumbersome to use, two remotes plus volume didn't work well. Furniture was stained. Needs mirror outside restroom. No hooks for towels. Shower needs handles and more item holders, besides one small soap bar holder. Toilet barely flushes, be careful, haha. Overall, it was a good stay.

Parking with the attendants could be a bit more organized between hotel and parking - great otherwise

Location is really good, near Macroplaza, many atractions, shopping stores and restaurants. A very good option to stay in Monterrey.

i would only add the frigobar and also turn on the ac before the checkin the room was super hot

Thin walls, construction noise outside, convenient parking, and dining on the Lobby floor. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The electricity was out since 5 pm and the hotel didn’t have any back up. It was hot, dark, and nothing worked.
