I really enjoy staying here when I go to Monterrey. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Any questions they will take their time to explain. The place may look sketchy outside. But it’s safe. A guard is always there 24 hours. Any place you go has it’s good and bad, don’t judge before you try it out! Will definitely stay here again!

Inside is ok, the wifi never worked!!! The restaurant didn’t open during the weekend, the staff disrupted my nap (when they have in the computer the time rented) a lady went to asked me if i was there!!!??? I didn’t like that because i was taking a nap
I didn’t spend the last night at the hotel 😡

Me e hospedado en este hotel en muchas ocasiones, pero esta vez que lo hice me decepciono mucho como a decaído su servicio. No es un hotel super caro se entiende el precio de sus habitaciones, pero anteriormente la calidad – precio era muy buena.
En esta última ocasión falta de limpieza en las camas sucias, baños con cucarachas, pasillos sucios etc. A eso sumarle que hay muchos indigentes afuera del hotel algo que en otras ocasiones no pasaba. No te da mucha seguridad dejar tu auto. Afortunadamente no paso nada, pero solo nos quedamos un día para descansar.
