In the district of Grizzo 2 km from the centre of Montereale Valcellina, on the outskirts, 24 km from the centre of Pordenone, 55 km from the centre of Udine. Private: property (fenced), well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden, meadow, pond. Outdoor shower. Heating available only from 31.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 400 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Pordenone" 24 km, sandy beach "Caorle" 68 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km, lake Lago di Barcis 13 km. Golf course (9 hole) 13 km, cycle lane 10 m. Nearby attractions: Riserva Naturale Forra del Cellina 12 km. Hiking paths: Piancavallo 26 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
