Lovely characterful old building located near the entrance to Montepulciano. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive especially the porter who recommended places to eat and came with us to show us where to park the car.our room had a fantastic view all the way to lake Trasimeno. and the bathroom had been recently renovated to travertine marble which looked great. The breakfast is excellent as they will do you scrambled eggs or you can have some of their homemade cakes. Been coming here for over thirty years would give it eleven out of ten points if I could, gets better every time.

For over 20 years this has been our stop for business and pleasure. The rooms are fantastic and have kept the flavor of a tuscan palazzo along with modern amenities. Rooms are spotless, breakfast is expansive, cooked to order eggs and a different fresh in house cooked pastry each day. Gianna and staff welcome you as family and are so attentive to your needs.

Looking for a fantastic historic Italian hotel? This is the one. Wonderful location, staff and rooms. Make no mistake, this is not the Ritz nor should it be. Comfortable, family run establishment that is everything that Italian hospitality encompasses. Spent 3 wonderful nights there. The agritourist places are probably nice, but this is right in the heart of Montepulciano.

We stayed one night here and it served its purpose. It is located right at the front gate to the city and has parking spots right outside. The hotel itself is old and quite charming once you get past the lobby/checkin experience. We were on the 4th floor with a small balcony that had incredible views. Would recommend for one night in Montepulciano if you aren’t using the room much.

O prédio do hotel é muito antigo,sendo uma linda construção de pedras. Por dentro tudo muito bonito, precisando de alguns concertos, no quarto e no banheiro porém nada que atrapalhe a estadia. A vista do quarto é deslumbrante e o quarto é espaço e o banheiro também. Claro que não há elevador. Sem problemas para nós. Café da manhã delicioso é ótimo atendimento de todos os funcionários, em particular Lorenzo muito atencioso e que conseguiu uma reserva de degustação de vinhos para nós que já estava lotada. O hotel ajuda com o estacionamento, você pode chegar até o local com o carro e descer as malas, e deverá passar a placa e o modelo do carro na recepção do hotel e Giorgio também muito prestativo e atencioso ajudará a estacionar o carro.

Albergo molto bello. Il personale ti accoglie e ti aiuta in tutto, sono di una grandissima disponibilità. Le camere molto grandi e pulitissime, il letto super comodo, camere silenziosissime. Vista dalla terrazza stupenda. Colazione buonissima con tanta scelta. Nel pieno centro di Montepulciano, la macchina non serve c’è tutto a portata di mano. Prezzo, posizione e qualità eccellenti. Da tornarci sicuramente.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene presso questa struttura situata all'interno delle mura di Montepulciano. Costruzione di vecchia data ma mantenuta in modo splendido, con arredamento e oggetti antichi che richiamano alla storia dell'albergo e la famiglia che lo ha sempre gestito. Pulizia degli ambienti comuni e camere ottima. Colazione varia e abbondante. Proprietaria e dipendenti gentili e simpatici . Assenza di ascensore che per noi non si è rivelato un grosso problema. Prezzi nella media. Lo consiglio!

Hotel immerso nel centro storico di Montepulciano, dove si respira un'aria che ha il fascino del retrò, pieno di storia e tradizione. Camere pulitissime e ampie, bagno provvisto di tutti i comfort, vista eccezionale! Personale super gentile e disponibile in ogni momento, pronti ad accogliere ogni nostra esigenza.. Buffet della colazione ricchissimo e ottimo! Grazie per questi 2 giorni ! Consigliatissimo! Elena

Albergo storico con ottima posizione. Si può visitare tutto comodamente a piedi. Parcheggio non custodito e gratuito abbastanza vicino alla struttura. I bagagli, comunque, possono essere scaricati davanti all'albergo. Stessa cosa per quando si va via. Camera ampia e pulita. Personale disponibile. Colazione buona.
