Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa

We visited with my extended family and spend new year’s eve at this lovely place. I have to say the service is excellent, very professional staff. The selected live music was top notch, very good selection of food delicately prepared and served. Rooms are clean and warm, and the pools are amazingly relaxing and inviting. I am definetely going back to revisit and absolutely reccomend it to people who value quality vacations. Excellent! Keep up the good work!

Very nice experience. It’s three different experiences. There are the very nice lodges off the main hotel, which is a very very nice time. Then there are the regular budget hotel rooms. Then just day passes to the pools. The lodges have their own amenities such as aa jacuzzi or sauna or steam room based on which you choose. They also include a bracelet that gives you access to the Nero spa at any time for free. The regular hotel does not come with this. This was a nice surprise and a highlight of the trip. It is a very nice and beautiful spa. The pools are great. Not crowded at all. The pool bar makes a great coffee and snacks. It caters to guests and day visitors. I found the hotel restaurant to be lacking and much preferred walking ten minutes into town for food. I preferred breakfast at the pool bar over the hotel breakfast. The German tourists were big fans of the buffet and beelined for it right in the beginning of dinner.i saw the British, Italians, and other Americans found it off putting that dishes were not refilled after being devoured in the first five minutes and individual orders weren’t really taken in order of when they were sat down, but rather in proximity of the kitchen order. I waited about thirty minutes to put my order in even tho I didn’t really touch the buffet. For those of us who just wanted a quick easy and tasty dinner, it was not that. I did not try the pool restaurant for dinner, it likely would have been a more pleasant experience. Both “mama” restaurants in town were good. Everyone was very nice. The reception staff especially. There’s typical language barriers and things aren’t explained very clearly as in amenities and parking spots and where to go in the beginning, but these were just small hiccups on a nice stay. The day visitors seem to constantly go to the wrong entrance to check in, some signs in Italian would likely be helpful. My only real complaint is the toilet paper. The lodges are an expensive experience compared to the more budget friendly day pass or hotel rooms. But the toilet paper in the lodges was very very rough.

I visited this hotel for an evening spa and bath. It all was good but I had purchased an “aperibox” which was supposed to be a nice thing and turned out to be the worst service. The booking does not tell you what food will be included nor anyone asked if I had dietary requirements so ended up with a pasta with a meat sauce, ham and salmon… and I am vegetarian! And when I asked for something else please, the waiter told me I should have said I was vegetarian and that they would give me nothing else! I paid 69 euros for the night. Seems to me that you could use a bit of courtesy given that your pre ordering system does not allow to include dietary requirements!!! the way the waiter treated me was unbelievably rude for a place that plays the posh spa. I really do not think it is worth the experience nor the price. Very disappointed.

This place was quite surprising as the reviews were not the best but we loved it here. We enjoyed the thermal pools with our baby daughter who could not get enough ! The food was very nice as well, the veal was very very tasty ! I definitely recommend this place for families who want to enjoy a day the pool.

Consiglio di fare un'esperienza alla terme preistoriche all'interno dei Green Lodge per trascorrere dei momenti di vero relax in modo d'immergersi nella natura consiglio inoltre la SPA e i trattamenti che sono eccezionali. Esperienza da ripetere a breve.

Ho terminato oggi pomeriggio l'ultimo massaggio esfoliante e vellutante al miele. Termina cosi il mio lungo, divino e sublime soggiorno termale, avvolto nell'ineguagliabile fascino della mia solitudine, dove la mia anima si é rigenerata ed il mio fisico si é tonificato. Domattina torno a casa pieno di energia positiva e, Giovedì 30 Maggio, tornerò al lavoro con il cuore ridondante di gioia. Un grazie di cuore speciale e con tanto bene a tutta la NERO SPA E AI FISIOTERAPISTI, che si sono presi cura di me: dei professionisti di eccellente prestigio e caratura che sanno far sentire ogni cliente come se fosse a casa sua, perchè sanno costruire intorno ad esso un'ambiente familiare. Un grazie particolare di cuore ai Fisioterapisti Lorenzo, Marco e Matteo. Un grazie di cuore agli Specialisti del Fango e ai Dottori che mi hanno visitato il giorno del mio arrivo. Un grazie speciale con tanto bene a tutte le Estetiste della NERO SPA, in particolar modo a Irene e Martina: mi hanno fatto dei massaggi che erano pura poesia. Siete delle Estetiste veramente molto preparate e molto gioiali. Palestra e Piscine di un livello qualitativo e professionale eccellente. Ciliegina sulla torta la Crema di Caffè che mi prendevo di pomeriggio al Bar delle piscine dopo aver fatto la palestra: crema sublime fatta da delle Bariste che sanno come si lavora. La Camera dove ho soggiornato (302), merita una menzione d'onore: molto spaziosa, molto comoda, un letto da sogno, tutti i comfort e un balcone grande. Una menzione d'onore la meritano anche i Cuochi e le Cameriere e i Camerieri: molto preparati ma sopratutto (ed è la qualità più importante), molto gioiali e amichevoli. Altra menzione d'onore per tutta la Reception: un'Hotel che mi ha fatto sentire come a casa, perché ho trovato molta gioialità, affetto e amicizia. Si deve lavorare con la gioia ed il sorriso nel cuore, che poi è la stessa cosa che faccio io quando, ogni giorno, pulisco le strade della mia città. Complimenti di cuore veramente: ci sentiremo a Gennaio 2025 per un'altra prenotazione, sperando che le condizioni di salute di mia madre non peggiorino.

Sono stata in questo hotel dopo varie esperienze tra Abano e Montegrotto. Domenica 21 telefono e prenoto un soggiorno per 3 notti in una delle nuove logge con trattamento EXLUSIVE che comprende la pensione completa e l'uso piscine e spa. lunedì 22 nel pomeriggio arriviamo, ci accompagnano alla loggia e non ci spiegano molto sulla struttura.... cena del lunedì a dir poco ridicola, buffet inesistente e piatti insapori. Martedì 23 al mattino ci arriva in camera il CESTO DEL BUONGIORNO per 2 persone con: 3 mini panini, 2 marmellate, 200 ml di latte, 2 succhi di frutta, 2 croissant. Secondo me ci voleva poco a fare un cesto migliore... qualcosa di salato, il latte per 2, un po' di miele, yogurt, un frutto. purtroppo arriva l'influenza, febbre alta, chiedo se mi possono portare il pranzo (incluso nel prezzo) in camera ma mi chiedono 20 euro in più. decido di ritirare qualcosa al ristorante/bar della piscina..... piadina pomodoro e mozzarella (questo è il trattamento EXLUSIVE?). La febbre non molla e decido di tornare a casa, vado alla reception e pago! Naturalmente tutto il soggiorno.... ok .... ma mi fanno pagare anche tutti i pasti che non ho consumato!!!! Chiedo conferma e mi dicono che è così che funziona..... secondo me per quello che ho pagato potevamo avere un trattamento diverso. Riguardo al pagamento per i pasti non consumati potevano farci una sorta di vocher che ci avrebbe fatto tornare. Invece non ci rivedranno. Riguardo alle nuove logge sono carine ma troppo design e scarsa comodità.

Esperienza deludente. Purtroppo è caduto un mito. Non andavo dal 2019 . La mia camera non poteva essere oscurata perché le imposte non si avvicinavano , le tende erano insufficienti. La spazio del Buffet delle colazioni angusto e ridotto tranne la domenica 28 in cui è tornato in uno spazio maggiore. L'offerta di dolci è ridotta , il pane non aveva varietàdi tipologie. Ridotta l'offerta in generale. Il buffet degli antipasti imbarazzante per la scarsa qualità dei piatti offerti nei 3 giorni di permanenza. Il menù vegano serale imbarazzante . Il menù serale non si presentava all'altezza per qualità. La sera del giorno 27 aprile non abbiamo consumato nulla . Ci siamo salvati per aver preso salumi al Buffet. Purtroppo il sistema piscine non funzionava al top. C'era la metà degli idromassaggi rotti. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo pessimo. Nota positiva:personale gentilissimo a tutti i livelli. Mi spiace questa caduta in basso per qualità.

Ottima accoglienza. Camera datata, bagno minuscolo senza finestra e senza circolazione di aria. Camera pulita e letto comodo Terme nella media . Spa moderna e pulita. Ottimo il cibo al ristorante del Hotel Prezzo un po caro per quello che offre.
