Awful hotel . The reception area is nice but the rooms and corridors are very old/dated and VERY POOR QUALITY. It’s one of the worst hotel we have ever stayed at . The beds are rock hard(although we like a hard bed, this was like a piece of wood) . The bed sheets are just a sheet underneath and a sheet over you . No duvet or covers . The bathroom is something from the 1950s . The walls need to be painted asap , and carpets changed . I’m actually Surprised anyone pays for this .

Front desk and restaurant staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. They were all courteous warm just wonderful! The food was great, the desserts were to die for. Besides the pillow being really uncomfortable our room was fine a little bit run down, they could use some repairs and renovation. The halls are decorated with antique furniture, adding a nice touch. The spa staff are friendly and had us hooked on their incredible massages, Sanbon, little Thai lady with amazing hands will take care of you, streching every rusty muscle in your body. The pools weren't as warm as they are in other hotels. They don't have many areas for water massages but all in all our stay was excellent.

Stayed here for 3 nights as a solo traveller. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I didn't bring the right USB charger for Italy, the staff went and bought one especially for me with no extra charge. The food was exquisite, the grounds (pools and gardens) were impeccably maintained and there was enough space that you could relax without being too close to other guests. My room with veranda was so comfortable, quiet and clean with housekeeping daily. Jenny in the spa gave me two incredible massages, she is amazing at her job! Every staff member I met was so kind, courteous, warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was completely relaxed. I felt so refreshed on leaving. I will be returning next year with my family this time!

Nell insieme è stata una buona offerta considerando il prezzo,.Consiglierei di rivedere la colazione perché offre prodotti un po' industriali . La nostra camera aveva mobilia un po' datata e soprattutto un frigo rumoroso.Nell insieme comunque piacevole soggiorno

Partiamo dalle cose positive, ovvero che il personale è gentile e l'acqua ha una bella temperatura, e inoltre è un posto tranquillo. Gli aspetti negativi invece sono molteplici e inizio da quello che mi ha infastidito di più, ovvero il fatto che nel sito non è menzionato l'ausilio della cuffia per le piscine e quindi ci siamo trovati impreparati, dovendola necessariamente comprare sul posto. Se non si è ospiti dell'hotel si è costretti a cambiarsi in uno "spogliatoio" indegno. Esso composto da un bagno singolo, una doccia singola dove non era consentito l'utilizzo del sapone e due tendine, il tutto in un corridoio aperto prima dell'ingresso alle piscine. Questo tugurio sarebbe dovuto bastare per tutti gli ospiti del Day spa. A parte lo stile vecchio anni 80 dell'edificio, lo spazio verde attorno alle piscine esterne sarebbe anche ampio e gradevole se solo non fosse che la cura è pari a zero, come la cura dei dettagli (sapone per mani diluito con acqua e tovaglioli da tavola per asciugare le mani). Concludo dicendo che l'esperienza non è stata delle migliori ma tutto sommato accettabile, però per il servizio che offre questo hotel i prezzi dovrebbero essere pressoché dimezzati (pagato 102€ in due).
