Front Desk was pleasant and made up feel so welcome. The rooms were extremely clean and breakfast was way more than what I expected. Will definitely stay again..

Hotel has great view that's about it. Alot of staff are very rude even the bartender lady. Pay cash for your $100 hold don't put it on your card if you're planning to use some of that money for your trip. Horrible experience!!! Don't stay here!! For price you can find better! Would give 0 stars!

The staff was amazing, ver friendly and accommodating. Especially Sean, this whole experience was beautiful and I look forward to staying here again in the future. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean.

I didn't know about this hotel before staying there and it blew my mind on how clean and beautiful everything was. The service from the shuttle to the hospitality staff was excellent and it is walking distance to local restaurants. I will definitely stay there again.

Overall this property was a great experience! We had a few hiccups, like receiving the wrong room vs what we paid for and also our dinner dining experience was less than desirable. However for the one night that we stayed, the room was clean, the paint on walls looked great, the pool experience was lovely, nice music playing, and breakfast service was better, faster, with attentive friendly staff!

Dirty pool. No transportation available tho there is a sign posted about daily transportation. However they will schedule a taxi for u. Overpriced food. Menu items not available. No blankets on bed/available. Welcome staff is polite and welcoming. Dining, not so much.

For the price of this stay I expected better food (I felt nausea after eating at the restaurant). Beware of wasps around the pool. Also room 211 did not have hot water. Combined with barking dogs all night I got 3 hours of sleep for a full day of flying. There is also no nearby atm and incured $35 of taxi fees due to limited availability of their airport shuttle. Will not stay again.

My shuttle driver was always friendly & always had a smile on his face & my daughter & I always enjoyed his company when driving with him he’s a great accent to your hotel should think about having him do tours for the hotel
