Hotel Internazionale

This hotel should be closed by a sanitary inspection. It's a health hazard. The staff doesn't speak a word of English, we talked with gesticulations and mimics. Internet isn't working. Sheets are having some awful odor, as they were washed with vinegar! The room with four beds has only two real beds, other two are hospital-like springy beds. We barely had place to move around. The plugs are in awful state. Luckily we didn't need an adapter like our friends next door did. Some sheets have marks from cigarettes being "finished" on them, and as such, we had holes in them. Bathroom is full another story. The shower is even with the bathroom floor, resulting in the flood when showering. The door, when opened to leave bathroom, would open the entrance door to the room, so we always had to lock the door, preventing it from opening. Disgraceful, distasteful food and poor staff. They couldn't bother to make a vegan dish for a dude next table...

Clean room with an air-condition.Place very near to the town center. Very small barhroom but cleaning lady comes every morning and cleans it. Breakfast - very poor. Across the street there is a place with coffe. Many places to eat near the hotel. If you expect clean place to sleep while travel around for cheap price, this is it!

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Iternazionale per un evento aziendale e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il WiFi gratuito in tutto l'hotel ci ha permesso di lavorare senza problemi. La nostra camera era pulita e confortevole. E' centrale e comodo per andare fare un giro la sera nel centro. La reception ci ha supportato con grande professionalità. Consigliato!

Arrivati a Montecatini abbiamo avuto un guasto al Camper, abbiamo parcheggiato e abbiamo trovato questo albergo per caso. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ha chiamato il suo meccanico per controllare il Camper. Siamo rimasti 2 giorni per aspettare che lo riparassero. L’hotel è centralissimo, l'ideale per una coppia che vuole visitare Montecatini senza bisogno di prendere la macchina. La camera era grande e pulita anche se un po’ da modernizzare. Il personale alla reception è stato molto gentile e ci ha indicato alcuni ristoranti. Ci siamo trovati bene e speso poco.

Personale gentile e servizievole, struttura con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, camere come da descrizione. Hanno gentilmente sopportato anche la confusione dei bimbi che non sempre è tollerata dappertutto. Ritorneremo appena le circostanze lo permetteranno.

Siamo venuti dalla Romania per far visita ai parenti e ho scelto questo albergo per la nostra settimana in Italia. La mia camera era perfetta per me e i miei due bambini, spaziosa e pulita. Il Wi-Fi gratuito funzionava bene e la posizione tranquilla, con una graziosa piazzetta davanti, buona per riposarmi tra le visite ai parenti e far sfogare i bimbi. Personale molto gentile e simpatico e il prezzo è davvero buono.
