The beds were comfortable, rooms really nice . the grounds were beautiful. only complain the pool wasn’t opened. manager and staff awesome

Too expensive for a place with no breakfast and broken tea/coffee machine in the check in room.

Great weekend getaway Beautiful clean space. Close to safeway and other town restaurants/stores. Comfortable bed, couch and twin size bed by hallway. Clean bathroom as well witha very nice shower/tub. Kitchen has basic essentials (recommend to bring hour own spices, oil and extra pan if you plan to cook). Absolutely lived our stay.

fine stay for a night! The place was fine, a little dirty and a little moldy on the window coverings. Probably not a problem for most people, but I have a mold allergy, so I had a reaction to sleeping in the room, unfortunately. Check in was... odd. The office was closed (at 6pm -- check in is until 7pm!) I was greeted by someone who only sort of seemed to work there. He appeared to be living there, but didn't seem to have access to the office, or any information. He did try to help me get into my room. He asked me for my room number and my after-hours lockbox code, which had been texted. He then tried several times to open my lockbox and get my key out, unsuccessfully. He then opened the door to my room woth his master key, and told me to just leave the door ajar if I needed to go out for dinner or something. I told him that I wasnt comfortable with that, and I needed a key to my room. He said I could call the main number on the office to see if they could help. I didnt get through to them, but I did eventually just try the lock box on my own, and it worked fine. So, it all turned out fine, but it was strange not to have someone there, and the suggestion to not give me a key at all was strange...

Nice private cabin...a little old but fairly clean and very spacious!

Casa Secoya ruined my weekend getaway I would review the rooms and location here...but I can't because I could not get in. Booked two nights at Casa Seyoca for this past weekend and, per their website, called ahead to set up a late check in (check in is from 4-7 and I thought we might be 7:30). I left my first voicemail at 2:15pm, which was never returned. I called multiple times before finally getting a hold of someone at 5:15 who said that the office was already closed (wow, check in is only one hour???) and that they would email me information about how to access a lockbox/get into our room within 15 minutes. That information never came. I called and called -- a total of 8 times throughout the day -- and left another voicemail with multiple phone numbers and email addresses. I never received information about how to get into this building. Because I live 90 minutes away, I was not willing to chance the drive (which is on rural roads) only to not be able to get into the hotel. And no one called us to ask why we hadn't ever checked in at all... I would not recommend staying here -- even if you want to, you might not be able to get in! What a waste of time, money and hundreds of dollars. STAFF YOUR OFFICE PROPERLY.
