The location in the heart of this wonderful hilltop village would be difficult to improve upon. We spent a night here during an end to end cycle tour, and were sorry we couldn’t stay longer. We had a friendly welcome, there is a peaceful ambience throughout the building and our room was comfortable and charming. Breakfast was wonderful, excellent food and friendly service. All in all, a lovely stay.

This is a beautiful old house and super clean. It was lovely and quiet with big solid walls and felt like it was newly decorated because everything looked so fresh. Host was friendly and one of his staff spoke excellent English. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of lovely places to go and have a meal in the evening. Only stayed one night but would have liked to stay longer.

Chegamos tarde em Monsanto e com data da reserva errada da nossa parte mas fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos pelo senhor que nos atendeu e pela Dª Ana Paula. Quarto bom, confortável, tudo funcional, ambiente acolhedor. Decididamente recomendado!

Monsanto è un gioiellino e questo b&b è perfetto per godersi il soggiorno. La nostra camera era piccolina, così come il bagno, ma arredata in stile, con gusto e pulita. La signora che ci ha accolte era molto disponibile. La colazione dolce e salata, buona e abbondante. Ps: Consiglio di arrivare fino davanti la porta con l'auto per scaricare i bagagli e poi tornare giù a parcheggiare, il centro del paese è pedonale e tutto in salita.

La habitación estaba bien; el baño quizás falto de aditamentos (repisa para dos neceseres y demás, percha para pijama además de toallas...). Se podía acceder a una terraza (muy cercana al edificio vecino) con buena vista desde la esquina próxima a la calle. Existen dos áreas de aparcamiento (3+4 coches) muy cercanas pero muy, muy solicitadas. Se puede acceder a la casa, descargar las maletas y bajar a aparcar (si hay plaza) donde el Miradouro (Av Fernando Ramos Rocha). Pero esto es lo habitual en los pueblos de montaña. El desayuno nos defraudó. Todo de batalla, muy medido y aséptico. Veníamos acostumbrados a una atención y una delicadeza en los productos y sevicio que aquí no encontramos. Nos pasó lo mismo con la patrona, siempre educada, correcta, pero sin esa chispa que habíamos hallado en los responsables de otros alojamientos y que llegaba a generar la imagen de anfitrión. Una lástima. Aunque la letra pequeña lo advertía, resultó extraño que no se admitiera tarjeta de crédito, totalmente implantada en los establecimientos de esta zona.

Muito boa localização, quarto muito limpo e confortável, senhora que trata do quarto muito simpática e prestável, bom pequeno almoço. A voltar se possível. Casa de banho limpa e apresentável. Um único senão: o estacionamento.

Pegar num casarão antigo e reformula-lo mantendo as linhas originais assim como a decoração, foi o que aocnteceu neste espaço. Tem uma localização excelente e conforto qb para passar uma estadia (curta ou não). O quarto atribuido não tinha espaço de sobra, mas o suficiente para pernoitar sem qualquer problema. Gostámos da simpatia de quem nos recebeu e, também, do PA. WiFi disponivel. Gostámos e voltariamos seguramente.
