The strength of this house is the private external porch with an external fireplace; from here you can go directly to the swimming pool and then have dinner or lunch enjoying the peace that reigns in this environment. The air conditioning has never been installed as the environment is always cool, but there is a penguin and several fans. Wi fi available; private covered parking space; washing machine in the basement.. City Tax: ⬠1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 28 nights
