スタッフの方全員とても優しく素晴らしい滞在ができました。
ビュッフェの朝食、夕食をいただきましたが、どれも美味しくスリランカ料理を楽しむことができました。
朝食時にマネージャーの方に声をかけていただきホテルのホスピタリティーよ素晴らしさが伝わってきました。
また利用したいと思います。

We had a really great stay at Grand Tamarind lake. The food was absolutely delicious, especially their rice and curries range it was just divine. Dammi from front desk was so helpful and kind and she provided a great service. We would definitely visit again Thilina and Nipuni

Useless hotel, no value for money. The two at the front office were very kind to give us what we needed, but the restaurant was very late. In front of all that, Upeka and Bimal apologized to us, but no one else paid any attention to us. It is a hotel that we have a very unpleasant memory. It is not habitable

We stayed at your hotel and it was beautiful. Bimal, the little boy at the reception desk, welcomed us very kindly, we were impressed that the other employees were also very friendly , & the food was also very delicious. The only unpleasant thing is that the front office manager Mrs. Dammika mentioned her phone number on the hotel visiting card. We've seen her do it a few times, and it seems to detract from the star class hotel. Even foreigners take it for granted. Or we can recommend a hotel located in a beautiful environment in Kataragama to stay.

Great stay with the family. Only thing was mosquitoes. Beautiful hotel with great views. Please make sure you don’t pay excessive amount for lunch & dinner. Just book B&B. Good breakfast and friendly junior staff specially waiters. Thank you

The hotel which gives u luxury feeling. The hotel has rooms which have simply amazing heights. It has double the normal height of room. The view of the room is pool and lake facing. The food was also nice and catered to veg requirements. It had ample of veg options and the desserts were also amazing and yummiest. The staff was cordial as well and was helpful and smiling. The hotel is bit far from yala National park but that doesn't matter as none of the hotel with this luxury are near to the park. The hotel gives u elite feeling and the rolce Royce parked over there adds to the royalness.

Staying at grand tamarind lake was an absolute delight! The serene view of the lake from my room was breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, always with a warm smile and helpful attitude. about the food – simply divine! Every meal was a culinary delight, with fresh, flavorful dishes.

I went twice recently and in December. The staff provided very good service, they were friendly, the room was clean, the food was delicious, the restaurant staff also provided excellent service. Great experience, but I heard bad news here that the front office supervisor has left. His name is MAHESHI, front office staff provided excellent service while he is office supervisor, especially front office supervisor MAHESHI - from room booking to check out, he did his job perfectly without any problem for me. She was friendly everywhere. I noticed someone made a false post about her here. That's why I'm posting my comment. As far as I am concerned she has done her duties well, my family and I wish her all the best for the future, this is the best hotel I have visited with excellent staff and good location. Highly recommend. ✨
