Hotel is clean and comfortable. Stuff was really helpful. Room was spacious and had a balcony. Bed strong and pillows were comfortable also. They had tasty food. In the mornings always fresh croissants and bread. In the evening warm and delicious dishes. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The hotel looks nothing like in the images, food is questionable, and the service is horrendous. My friends were ignored for 10 minutes before they got their food. Bedrooms were cramped and had very little space within it, and the beds are very uncomfortable

Each night we were served uncooked food and it got to the stage where instead of going to a restaurant for dinner , we would “eat” In the hotel to see what dirt they would put on a plate. You’d be fed better at the hands of Unicef. The hotel staff were nincompoops , one of them repeatedly staring at females body parts and the other smoked ******** every day. The only game you could play in the “games room” was Never Had I Ever , because everything was broken ffs. You’d find better games in the shop window of Saint Vincent De Paul. The only reason I stayed in the hotel was knowing that their yearly income depended on my travels . I’d recommend driving past the hotel if you’ve ever come across it , and go up to Ricky’s karaoke in the mountains for a few days .

I stayed here as part of a school group with 123 students and 13 staff as part of a skiing holiday. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout. Beds were comfy too. Bearing in mind they were catering for such a large group each morning and night the food was good. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful whenever we had a query. They catered for all people with dietary requirements.

The staff our amazing and the rooms are nice but they could clean it a bit better by removing the dusts under the bed. The food was nice but it could be better and its location is in a ok spot to get to. It definitely a place i would go to again

I, for one, thouroughly enjoy my travels. I have stayed in many of kips over my adventures, with this dump being the worst. The whole kitchen and waitering department needs a revamp. Stevie Wonder would do a better job “cooking” the “food”. Don’t even get me started on the waiters. One of the employees was telling people how he managed to get a 16 years olds Snapchat while the other was smoking some of the devils lettuce in their hotel room. The games room was a farce. There wasn’t any table tennis balls and the pool table was broken. Only game I played was when me and few of pals decided to play jenga with our food “food”. I’d rather sleep on tarmac than in one of those beds. My iPad mini is bigger than the television.

The foods inedible the stuff we got each night had raw meat with it. The waiter was a creep. And the shower flooded the bathroom floor each time. The supposed clean towels had stains on them and the tv didn’t work. The pillow was flat and the bed hard. Only two sockets in a room that holds 4 people is a joke. Waiter went for cigarettes during dinner and the other waiter had the middle floor like a hotbox.

The food was inedible and uncooked we had to guess what meat we were eating. The workers smoked ******** and the smell went throughout the hotel. The photos online are all fake. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER.

Buona location, albergo economico con pochi servizi, non esiste un posto dove stare dopo cena, menù accettabile (ma 3 euro per 75 cc di acqua...in montagna si dovrebbe servire solo acqua in caraffa), buffet verdure troppo scarno, colazione buona, stanza pulita e bagno funzionale, sala deposito sci e scarponi al piano interrato, fermata dello skibus di fronte ad albergo. Personale gentile.
