酒店景色尚可，但是服務上有很多方面需要改進。泳池的租金需要單獨租借，特別不方便，周邊吃飯不方便，酒店自己的自助餐又各種要求，給顧客發了不同顏色的手繩，塑料死扣的不能摘下來，一直戴着很不方便，但是衹願意提供一次，不夠人性化。酒店設施比較陳舊，性價比一般

Thank you to all the staff of Royal Thalassa Monastir - all of them are very nice, kind, responsive people, ready to help always and with a smile. Thanks to the reception staff for the wonderful welcome and accommodation in apartment 428. The view is unique!!! Thank you to the girls, who clean our rooms every day, to the guys in the restaurant and bars, who work tirelessly to make the guests feel good. Many thanks to the people in the kitchen for their efforts to offer delicious food. There is always something to choose from, even if you don't like everything - you won't go hungry. Before I made the reservation, I read a lot of reviews - some positive, some quite negative. I can say that I have not for a moment regretted choosing this hotel. I received wonderful treatment from everyone and enjoyed my vacation. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday here and with the help of the staff we organized a surprise for him. I have been in many hotels in different countries - both in very expensive chains and in cheaper ones as well. At Royal Thalassa, I was impressed by the attitude towards the guests, and that is really the most important thing. Definitely recommend and would happily come back P.S. We spent 7 nights All Inclusive holiday from 14th to 21st July 2024, 4 adults and a 2 years old child.

All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Great food, drink and atmosphere. Would be happy to return in a heartbeat and recommend to one and all visiting Tunisia. For fun, food, friendly accommodation and pleasing times.

Chada the Guest Relations Manager was extremely pleasant and accommodating at all times. With a ready smile and helpful nature, nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend this hotel to everyone a 100% of the time. Thank you for a truly wonderful time.

I recently stayed for 7 nights at Royal thalassa monastir and had a wonderful experience. MY room was spacious, beautifully designed and offered a stunning sea view that made my stay even more special. The staff were so friendly and helpful A special mention goes to Chada the Guest relations who was incredibly helpful and kind. From the warm welcome to assisting with my requests, she truly made me feel valued as guest. Thank you, Royal Thalassa, for the excellent service and memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Beautiful Hotel & staff. Fantastic food choices morning, lunch & dinner time. Rooms super spacious, mattresses very comfortable. Pool divine & clean. Indoor pool nice. Hotel is immaculate & nicely decorated. Highly advise staying. Lovely entertainment staff, pleasant guest relations & reception staff. Food beautiful.

Every nicely done and everything smell so good and wonderful and also the people are so welcoming and every helpful with anything need help with.and renting a car was so easy and simple because of the hotel staff and also the local people and every welcome and friendly and the local police officers

It was very nice. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The food tastes very good. Tunisian people are very nice and I would love to come again. Everyone was very helpful with our bags when we first came. They also offered us a better room with sea view.

We really enjoyed the in this area, we loved to staying there in this nice beautiful place, we like the food and the stuff are friendly ... the entertainment program are really great and they made us happy and my kids too , they have all day many activities and we had fun with all of them , at night we enjoyed with dancing and music ... thank you guys that you make our holiday so nice 😘🥰 , see you in summer 🥰🥰

Great hotel and facilities. The staff were the best i have encountered and always helpful and pleasant, the hotel was always clean and tidy. The bar staff is amazing, shame that we don't have table service anymore. Chada is very professional and very efficient in her job, Fethi in reception always approachable and happy to assist

We were a party of 10, family,friends and 3 young children, side sea view 4th floor, lovely fresh room. The food was outstanding so much choice Thank you so much for a fabulous week! Thank you Montassar the guy who work in the bar ,he's amazing We will definitely be back
