Neptunia Beach

Thank you for the excellent service during my stay the staff was incredibly kind and everything was perfectly organized I truly enjoyed my visit.

Neptunia hotel has always been our go to hotel as a family… its considered home at this point🩷…the animation team is amazing, super friendly and funny… they take good care of everyone to make sure we get the best of the experience🩷

Neptunia hotel is a very nice place. Food are fresh and tasty but the best point here is a Animation Team. They talk a lot with me about world, plans and Real Madrit. ;) They dance life professional, take care of quests, make relationships with them, encourages joint fun. 2 great lovely girls and 5 talented men. Special thanks for Nesrine and the beat teacher dancer Wahid. I leave a piece of my heart here💜💜💜

I am here now poolside. Firstly the staff are great, my son loves the pool area and slides. The rooms are a bit dated but they would be with a hotel of this standard. I am a veggie so am not best placed to comment but it looks nice and I havent heard one person complaining about the meat etc The hotel is clean, the beach is nice and sandy (not a rocky beach) with horse riding on the beach, banana boats , parasailing and beautiful clear waters to swim, paddle in., you can buy excursions from the hotel. Now the bad side :( there is nothing walkable outside the hotel other than one tourist shop there is nothing outside the hotel No restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, ice cream stalls , bars...absolutely nothing. You would have to get a taxi to sousse/hammamet which isn't expensive but it depends if you want to do that (there is not much in Monastir at all) I cant believe with all the hotels here they havent got even a parade of shops or cafes for the people who want to get out of the hotel for a walk to break up the holiday or to explore a little. So, as for the hotel, I would definitely come back, locationwise, I don't think so. I hope this review helps you make your decision :)

The animation team here are great, they have things planned throughout the day, are friendly and easy to take to. They really make alot of fun in the day!

The animation team 5 star, however the rest is one star. Hotel rooms terribly dirty and need renovation. Staff rude say” it is 3 star hotel, you should not expect much”. Reported issues to the company I bought holiday, and still didn’t resolve any issues. The slides open only twice a day for 1h, not all drinks are included, also no ice cream for the kids. Not wort 1800£
