Hotel very clean and staff super friendly the biggest let down were the bathrooms which desperately need a revamp. Food very monotonous but good quality. Best thing was a guy called Adel in the gift shop who took us on a trip to Sousse but we met up every day to chat and ask advice on many subjects. Very helpful and lovely man, shop was very well stocked and if he didn't have it he would get it for you next day.

The staff were very accommodating, anything we needed they were happy to help. The hotel is clean and the beds are always made up lovely every day☺️ the animation team throughout the day and night were amazing and Fred the head of entertainment made sure there was always a great show every night and put in loads of effort to make sure everyone enjoyed the shows☺️ !

Terrible Hotel We arrived at this hotel around midday on the 26th of June for a week. When arriving to check in we couldn’t understand the receptionist very well so it was a guessing game, for filling in the form. Were were then told the room isn’t ready and to come back after food. The restaurant is very basic food i will come to talk about shortly. After lunch well went back to reception to find our room, the old guy was so rude and was shouting something at us which we couldn’t understand eventually we realised it was the Tax payment. We had no cash only a card he wasn’t happy about this but did let me pay card. Finally we got shown to our room around 2.30pm The corridors had brown rugs which looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years when shown to our room we couldn’t believe it, it’s like being in the 80s. Everything a horrible brown colour a hotel phone that is so old it’s something i remember my nan having. After a look round the room we were horrified I’m not expecting perfection as I know it’s classed as 3 star but there was a dead cockroach on the rug next to bed sink in bathroom hadn’t been cleaned a huge pile of hair left on the floor in the bedroom. I immediately went back to reception and told them we’re not happy with the state of the room the receptionist was on the phone while I was standing there I had no clue what he was saying after around 10 minutes he said cleaners are coming I said thank you and went back up to find the cleaners are there already and said to my husband “what’s the problem” they came in and cleaned the floor and removed the cockroach and then went to leave I said there is still dirt on the cabinet next to the bed so they came in and cleaned the units again in the room. I couldn’t actually believe my eyes they were cleaning with a spray and tissue I mean Come on at this point I’d had enough and was tired. Once they left I checked the bathroom the sick hadn’t been touched… I gave up and cleaned it myself. the air conditioning was absolutely pants would have been better with a Fan. Food experience was shocking and that’s being nice. Labelling of food was limited so it was a guessing game what you was putting on your plate. If you like pastry food every morning and eggs you will be fine. Lunch and dinner were vile I mostly had chips and bread (when there was butter) which was rare and when I asked is there butter they said not today. Ice cream was served twice the whole week we was there. This also wasn’t labelled so what I thought was mint was actually pistachio. Very bad. Snack every day was Crepe these actually weren’t to bad but after 2 days it was getting boring. Pool area was relatively clean however ladder on one side was loose and dangerous. No markings for pool depth only behind the foundation which isn’t enough visible.
