If you want to rest could be a good choice, forget about hotel services like drinks, food, etc. Bad food, bad restaurants, there are not sports implements. Pray for good weather cuz the temperated pool is a lie.

The beach and surrounding areas were beautiful. The property itself was disappointing overall, the facilities were very restrictive and closed pools and beach access at 5pm. Food was okay, nothing bad but nothing exciting either.

The good was of a very good standard generally. The pools are nice, access to the island is great. Could do with some signage up to inform why access to the beach across the front of the resort is not accessible.

It's a beautiful hotel, with excellent attention, delicious food, and cold drinks. It is totally recommended. The specialty restaurants offer you delicious food, personalized attention, and a buffet of salads. The private beach also has a private restaurant and a bar.

The resort itself is beautiful. Food is ok. Drinks not that great. The days we visited we couldn’t enjoy the beach because of the weather but that is just Mother Nature. We settled for the pools which are nice. I have visited plenty of all inclusive resorts around the world and kind of know what to expect. Unfortunately, I was unpleasantly surprised with this one. Usually, after a long trip even though check in is at 3:00pm in my other experiences they let you in the lobby. Other resorts make you feel welcome from the beginning. They let you relax and serve you drinks until your room is ready. Not this one! We arrived around 1:30pm after a long drive (7 hours) with a group of 15 including my 85 year old mother at the gate they told us we had to wait outside until 2:30pm. Why ??? I don’t get it. They should at least make you wait at the lobby. One good thing I do have to mention is that they did give me a ground floor for my mom upon request. Because this resort has a lot of stairs if you are on one of the top floors be prepare to do a lot of up and down stairs. The rooms were nice big and clean. The food was standard resort food. Since we were a big group it was hard trying to make reservations for the specialty restaurants. We had to split our group. We ate at the Acantilado. Seafood was good. Now the drinks need a lot of improvement. Resorts in general serve the cheapest liquor but usually have the local beer which I was looking forward to. NO PILSENER OR CLUB what a disappoin**ent. My family and I are Ecuadorean and we speak Spanish so we can communicate with the staff. International resorts usually have bilingual staff. Honestly, Besides the manager I don’t know if anyone else speak another language. Overall it was a 50/50 experience. Like I said before the location and facilities itself are superb, food is as expected. Drinks need a lot of improvement, customer service was standard. Definitely not 5 stars. I’ll give it 3.

Food was no good. Seems it was prepared early for multiple seatings. Wifi was horribly unacceptable

El lugar muy bonito, lo destruye la malas experiencias que el huésped tiene pedí cerveza unos sanganos que tienen de barman me dijo no hay , salí todo el día y llegué a la cena con mucha hambre quería pedir algo más no se puede y es un todo incluido, los tragos los más presentables lo tienen escondido , realmente dejan mucho que desear ese hotel y sale más caro que un Riu o un bahía príncipe que esos si son realmente 5 estrellas.

El peor decameron al que hemos ido. Los chicos del servicio muy atentos, sin embargo la administración muy mala y los agentes pesimos, no ayudan, son inflexibles. No entregan las habitaciones a tiempo, el check in es las 3pm y aprox a las 5pm aun no terminan de entregar la habitación. Como el hotel estaba todo reservado y teniamos dos noches pagas con reserva, nos quedamos dos noches mas en mompiche y pagamos un pasadia, esa fué la peor experiencia, nos trataron mal y pagamos mas por el pasadia que el valor de la reserva con habitación. A los dos dias después que ya teniamos reserva, aun se acordabam de nosotros y nos trataron muy mal.

Mucha demora en el registro e ingreso a la habitación, las bebidas te sirven en vasos diminutos despues de hacer una gran fila, no es que puedes tomar una gaseosa u otro tipo de bebida en botella, el agua de las piscinas no es temperada, habitaciones sin plus, comida tipo buffet sin ningun valor agregado las playas nada atractivas; en sí nada que valga el precio que se cancela
