Worst customer experience ever! Being treated as thieves, with irony and insulted with my wife whilst checking out after 1 full week house rental (3200€), because late ! (This happens no big deal) And requesting with rudeness and agressive behaviour 30€! As if we were trying to steal them! I’ve ever been told that I should be able to remember the 4 letters from his name ‘ADIL’ when I’ve asked his name because he was not behaving professionally and was agressive with my wife, then me! last but not least they still owe us 60€ for the children club we did not use…whilst telling him that , he laughed at us saying his staff shouldn’t have the authority to allow this, but they r dumb, and he doesn’t care … we just need to claim by mail later…not even trying to compromise, defuse situation …and most importantly dear ADIL just do not insult your customers, do not treat them with irony …be professional and learn what customers service is about ! And for Pierre & Vacances, just recruit real professionals especially for Summer!…stop putting people like ADIL at front desk! This is the image of your brand !…and from now on, without my Family anymore …such a shame…
