Friendly staff. Good location. Easy access to supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. However, there was no air conditioning. You could open window a little bit, but air ventilation was still not good. It’s hard to say there was a view in the room, unless you consider a loading bay was okay. There was no free wifi provided in lounge or in hotel room. It’s chargeable at £3 per night. It’s noisy in the morning when workers began unloading products for a supermarket nearby.

it's a travel lodge very normal nothing to write home about.

The lodge was tidy and clean however heating needs to be worked on.

Stopped off here on the way to Gatwick Airport, hotel and room clean tidy and comfortable woth everythingwe needed, great value for only £43 flexible booking. George and Naz on reception very helpful and gave us recommendations on local pubs and restaurants.

One of the best in leatherhead. Came here with family to stay for few nights. Staff there was exceptional.Receptionist was very helpful. Naz and George were very professional and helpful during our stay. Definitely coming back again. Thanks you.

Arriving late due to flight delayed so phoned to make sure it was OK to arrive. Spoke to Mark who assured me was it was OK anytime to check in. Arrived and was checked In promptly by Gabi. Room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable slept well.

I stayed 5 nights. My allocated room was on the first floor and smelt damp - it looked out upon a waterlogged roof. I asked reception to be moved and they were more than happy to give me a room on the next floor up. This one didn't smell and looked out across the rooftops. Carpet was a bit old/dusty at the edges and the bathroom fan didn't work. My towels and bin were emptied as requested after putting out the door tag. The sound proofing was pretty good and it's very well located, right in the the heart of Leatherhead.

The staff were amazing Naz and Oliver couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. This is the second time we have been treated by them. The Room was clean and had a good night sleep. This is our second time visiting and we would definitely be coming back. Shower nice and warm.

I use the hotel because it is the most convenient. It is functional but nothing special. I think they should offer a discount if staying consecutive nights because the room is not serviced during the stay, so why still charge the same as 2 nights booked separately?

Lina and Xahya in reception were so pleasant and lovely! I needed a few different things in the area and they were very helpful and very nice to liaise with whilst I stayed in Leatherhead. I would recommend this Travelodge to anyone that wants a nice stay in the middle of Leatherhead village. The staff are wonderful. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. Many thanks for your help. A very clean room with a comfortable bed and en-suite. Tea and coffee in the room and TV and WIFI. Also a desk and chair that I was able to do some work.

Excellent price and well located for Gatwick airport. Car parking a little confusing due to location but works well
