This is a very friendly hotel in lovely location. The room was basically furnished but large, bright and very clean and lovely views. In the very pleasant buffet restaurant the food was average but plentiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly and kept everything running very smoothly. The free nightly entertainment was a bit hit and miss from very good to very bad. Outside terraces and pool were very nice and the hotel is just across the road from the beach. Only complaint was lack of plug sockets in room, there was a floor lamp that had nowhere to plug into and the kettle had to taken to the bathroom or moved to bedside table to plug in. The windows also have strange shutters attached to them and when opened they cover the furniture, very odd arrangement.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The only small issue we encountered was that the fridge in our room stopped working. However, the moment we contacted the reception, they promptly replaced the fridge, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay throughout.

It is a very convenient location, overlooking the sea, rooms are nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable, t making facilities and mini bar.. Staff are nice, bar is lovely with a great terrace right next to the bar which is waitress service. Didn’t eat in the restaurant so can’t comment on that

Just got back from a 4 day break (coach trip) a very lovely, clearly family run hotel . One of the originals. The buffet was very good, food replenished right to the end of service . Staff were very friendly and efficient. Rooms well equipped and comfortable. Free evening entertainment!! All good

You have advertised this hotel as adults only but it is certainly not true. There were quite a few babies and young children staying at the hotel. When I enquired at the reception they said they are not adults only. I feel I should get a refund

Just returned from a fabulous week here. Such a relaxing break. Spent my days around the lovely pool while husband raced motorbike at Almeria Circuit. Staff are so friendly and work hard to make your stay enjoyable. Grounds are absolutely beautiful. Housekeeping is excellent our room was spotless and was swept daily with bathroom cleaned every day and clean towels and bedding every day. Will definitely return.

Just returned from my amazing stay at hotel Puntazo,I couldn’t find any fault everything was spot on?I was so nervous as my first holiday on my own,but have to say I felt safe and slept better there than I do at home? The hotel and grounds are immaculate,the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you,lovely clean white towels daily also nice fresh bedding,fridge stocked with drinks and nibbles kettle coffee and tea,tv radio system safe,hairdryer and lovely smelling shower gel shampoo.Nice clean restaurant serving good food,large bar area doing snacks,live music.Lovely pool with ample new sun beds and parasols,beach opposite busses outside surrounded by restaurants,in all the hotel is in an ideal spot central to everything?

Arrived early and within 10mins they had our room ready for us. Helpful polite staff. Clean rooms and location great. Only problen was the bar closed at 12, although we could manage without more drinks, but we had to sit outside and we wanted to play cards and chat with our friends.
