Bed sheets were damaged. Pillows uncomfortable and poor quality. Sofa bed has 3 damaged slats. Garden could have done with having been mowed. Tree house seating area was very dirty. One broken step on way in. Nothing like the pictures. Toilet was noisy and had to be turned by a switch to turn off the flush. Whats most upsetting is the owner could not be botherd to help me when i messaged after our stay , practically begging for them to send my amazon fire stick i left in the tv. Was just told other people were in there. Well i was a customer so why dont you try get it for me ? Why not tell me when the occupants leave ? Stopped communicating witn me and she ignored ********** calls and emails. You're an absolute disgrace. Ignored all my efforts to get my device back too. Awful. Never coming back. The place was dirty and bog standard. Dont stay here , she doesnt deserve a penny.

On the plus side, the 2-roomed apar**ent (Romane) was roomy, had nice beds, and a nice rustic feel. The garden below was lovely. It was good to have a locked gate to the property. Several bottles of water in the fridge. Quite a good information compendium. On the negative side, the bathroom tap was permanently scunged, and was loose and moved about, the toilet cistern filled only after about 20 minutes of dripping sound and the only cupboard which could have held hanging clothes was full of the owner’s equipment. Wifi slow. We specifically wanted a washing machine and relied on ***********’s amenities list which stated there was a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen of the apar**ent. It was very disappointing to find none in the unit. There was a laundry room elsewhere on the property but this was in nearly-constant use by the hotel, washing its own laundry. Many wasted trips to the hotel laundry. No rack on which to dry our clothes. The kitchen equipment was rudimentary, tiny (eggcup) wineglasses, no large drinking glasses, the odd cracked glass etc. No dishwasher or dishbrush. No bench space to speak of. Some of the utensils (just kept in a tin) were not clean enough. All rather tired and inadequate. OK, perhaps, if you never want to eat in, but this is an apt in the countryside. Although in the countryside, the A5 main road is reasonably close, and if the wind is blowing that way, the road noise is strong, also the sound of the railway. We had expected to be able to have indoor/outdoor flow and to sit outside and use the garden. We only found out when we got the check-in instructions that our apt was upstairs with no deck. We found the need for a 300 EUR guarantee rather ironic given the above. The property was not immaculate or well-equipped. The online guarantee system would not work for us and it took hours and several calls to finally resolve it. The booking info said a credit card guarantee would be taken on arrival. This would have saved some hours of frustration and stress but there is no reception and no direct human contact at all.

Nous avons réservé le jour même une suite non disponible et la propriétaire nous a fait une proposition sur une autre chambre. La propriétaire est très agréable. Les locations de chambre sont dans une très belle bâtisse bien entretenue. La chambre était propre, bien agencée et bien décorée. Tout y est pour passer un moment agréable. Une adresse que nous gardons sous le coude. Allez y les yeux fermés

Exceptionnel et dépaysant. Le lieu est enchanteur dans une ancienne bâtisse typique. La DECORATION est magnifiquement soigné chaque appartement à son entrée autonome. Ça c’est super si vous souhaitez arriver un peu en dehors des horaires habituels. La propriétaire est disponible par telephone, et réponds immédiatement par message. À l’intérieur de l’appartement toutes les infos pour visiter la région, nous souhaitions faire des balades autour des châteaux qui sont tout juste à 2 km à pied. Nous avions réservé la suite, Corail qui est vraiment beaucoup plus grande que sur les photos avec un enorme jacuzzi intérieur privatif et hamam vapeur (rare). Génial, vous avez tout ce qu’il vous faut pour passer un week end détente en famille. Nous etions 4. J’ai apprécié le parking gratuit et clos, le beau Jardin arboré illuminé la nuit. Je recommande vraiment ce lieu que nous avons adoré avec ma femme et moi. PS: mention spéciale pour les petites poules au fond du jardin à côté du terrain de pétanque ainsi que la gentillesse de la propriétaire. 👌🏼💪🏼👍🏼.

Il manquait du matériel par rapport au descriptif et les oreillers très inconfortables.

J'ai effectué une réservation car les photos étaient très attrayantes (réservé la suite Cupidon), la réservation en ligne était simple. Cependant, j'ai essayé de contacter pour ajouter des décorations et obtenir plus d'informations sur les restaurants de la région. Malgré de multiples tentatives par téléphone, messages texte, e-mail et le formulaire de contact du site web, j'ai constaté une absence totale de réponse ou d'assistance. Il semble qu'il n'y ait personne disponible pour répondre aux demandes après avoir effectué une réservation. En tenant compte de cela, je recommande de faire preuve de prudence lors de la réservation, car le support après la réservation semble faire défaut. I made a reservation as the pictures were super inviting (reserved Cupidon suite) the reservation online was simple. However I tried to reach out to add decoration and get more information about restaurants in the area. Despite multiple attempts through phone calls, text messages, email, and the website's contact form, I encountered a total absence of response or assistance. It appears there is no one available to address inquiries after making a reservation. Considering this, I recommend caution when booking, as post-reservation support seems to be lacking.

Penosa comunicacion con el alojamiento, les escribes y no responden. He intentado hablar con ellos varias veces y nada.

Un appartement calme et isolé, dans une petite résidence, disposant de son parking privé et fermé. Le couchage était plutôt confortable mais le logement en lui-même pas forcément bien équipé sur l'ensemble des aspects (pas d'éponge pour faire la vaisselle, 5 chaises pour un logement prévu pour 6 personnes.. ). Le check-in/check-out est rapide puisqu'il se fait via une boîte à clés et des échanges de SMS.

Séjour en famille agréable, parking dans la propriété, petit déjeuner copieux de tout, pain frais, venoiserie, fromage blanc, fruit. Propriétaire joignable rapidement la suite fonctionnelle et magnifique avec un extérieur jolie et entretenue,
