Club Med Lake Paradise

Excellent. Will come back soon!!! 👌👌👌 Played golf and tennis, the pros Tony and Bruno are very patient. I want to try out sailing and have not used yet the spa and swimming pools. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. A dream came true ……..

We went for a relaxing break after travelling and we were happy with our choice. Having stayed in Club Med in France and Italy previously we had high expectations and Lake Paradise was perfect. We were there over Easter which was busy with families and then into the quieter time when we virtually had the pools to ourselves. The buffet meals were plentiful, the whole place spotlessly clean, there were plenty of activities on offer. Our lack of Portuguese did hold us a back a little (which is of course our fault not theirs) but there was usually someone around with enough English or Spanish to get us through. We give a special shout out to Melanie from Guest Relations who took time out to make sure everything was as it should be and to Jeremie the top man who always went out of his way to speak to us. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend the trip for anyone in the area looking for a break.

The GOs at this club med were amazing and welcoming during our whole trip. Especially Melanie working in Guest Relations was amazing!! She made sure we were having fun the whole time and communicates well with all the guests. This club med is amazing and I would definitely go again!

We went with our 10 and 13 year old kids. The place is very nice with a great lake and landscapes. Multiple activities were available even with bad weather. The GOs were kind and very friendly. They always were there to help and try to make us expend a great time. Special thanks to Bruno and Pequena but all of them were warm and very nice.

I traveled with my husband and two kids, 9 and 5, to stay here for a wedding. I booked direct through Club Med, which was my only option. I thought I’d booked one room. Everything on my paperwork suggests I booked one room. The hotel automatically booked me for two, charged me for two, and would not change my reservation when I arrived onsite and discovered for the first time that I had two adjoining rooms. I have since double checked every piece of booking info I have—nothing says I had two rooms, which I never would have booked for us. It just had the number of people and total price. I’ve booked hotel rooms all over the world on six continents and over 30 countries; this has never happened to me before. The staff were wonderful and not in a position to change anything. But they told me that was the only way to have beds for four people; my kids are young and I had disclosed their ages as required, there was plenty of room for all four of us, as our room in life’s a pull out sofa bed. The rooms are very nice, but I did not need two of them, and if you discover that on arrival, you are out of luck. So, beware!

We had a great stay. We love to golf and we were able to golf every day. Lots of nighttime activities to do here! Drinking, singing, dancing, etc. Day Rodrigues is a fantastic bartender make sure to see here when you come here! We came all the way from the United States and could not have been greeted with more hospitality!
