Hotel 191 - Moab

Great location. Close to food and other small shops. Walking distance. Room was clean. My only negatives were that the laundry room was locked and it just so happened it was laundry day during my long road trip so I had to go to a laundromat, although not far, there was a person there made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable so it was a negative experience for me to not have those facilities available. Also, no one at the front office for service if you needed anything but there was a number posted on the door so it is possible someone may have been around to assist.

All of the outlets on one side didn't work so the fridge, microwave, and TV didn't work. The floor was dirty, there was no conditioner, and we were given the wrong code to get in so we had to wait for the manager. They were quick to get there and helpful, and otherwise it was pretty average.

Really good price. Didn't look like mich from the outside but our room was spacious and comfortable.

There was nobody on-site who spoke English. Sigh said to text or call a number to gain access, however, the response was delayed.

Reserve a room for two weeks and never heard from the property. No front desk and no answering the phone meant it was impossible for me to even get into my room.

Affordable, convenient, and clean. Right on the highway so a little noisy (traffic).

Their service was super efficient, as I arrived late from the trip, they sent me my check in information via text message and I also checked out via text message, it was very helpful. The place is extremely beautiful and comfortable, clean bed sheets and towels, basic hygiene items such as shampoo, conditioner and even makeup remover are offered. The room also offered a microwave, mini freezer and a good sized smart TV. I recommend this place and would definitely go back.

The TV volume did not work. They sent someone to fix it. They did not know how to work the TV. They went into my Netflix account on the TV and upgraded my account. I called Netflix and they said they cannot give me back my old account. Now because of this stupid motel. I have to pay $10 more a month for Netflix, for ever! Never stay at this place!
