Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Pass Thurn - Kitzbühel 10 m, Wildkogel 20 km, Schmittenhöhe 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 35 km. Top Lage, direkt ggü. vom Lift. Wunderbare Aussicht von der Terrasse. Nur eine Sauna und ein eigener Skikeller würden das Erlebnis noch abrunden. Für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weiche Matratzen, aber darüber lässt sich ja streiten )
