We provide bedclothes and towels.The kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, dishes, cups, pots and towels. From the private south-east orientated balcony you have a great view onto the nearby Isar river and mount Karwendel. The car can be parked in a public bay directly in front of the house. It was renovated from scratch and equipped with valuable materials in a modern, tastefully equipped with the latest technology. Floors: planks, oiled oak, bathroom: tiles, walk-in rain shower, tasteful, practical countertop washbasin with base cabinet for bathroom accessories, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, toilet. All-round ceiling ledges with built-in spotlights, in the living room with stereo speakers. From the beds, the entire bedroom can be switched off using a switch to prevent electrosmog.
