I stayed at this hotel with my daughter last weekend 7/29. We were really tired when we arrived and went straight to bed. The next morning I realized some major issues and talked to the front office about it. I even sent videos and pictures to the Custodial manager that was on duty. She was very apologetic & so was the lady working the front desk. But when the manager, I think his name was Corey, came out…. HIS ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE. As a matter of fact, I didn’t know he was the manager earlier when I saw him walked in, but when I said “Good Morning” he just kept walking. So maybe he was having a bad day.. REGARDLESS, that’s not my fault. He offered to give me some points, but for the issue I had, that just didn’t suffice at all!! He made no efforts to do anything else even after I expressed the fact that I wasn’t pleased. And I said it in a nice way, but I received Nothing but a BAD ATTITUDE in return!! I’m not sharing the video on here, only because the Breakfast Lady was outstanding.. and the front desk worker was a sweetheart….. But that manager was the WORST 👎🏾

In kind of an odd spot by dealerships, but the hotel is clean comfortable and in driving distance of good restaurants and short drive to Memphis Airport. Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable and the folks at the front desk all had smiles and happy to help. Great service quite and and comfortable rooms hard not to like it

No carpet in the rooms which I like. Staff was very pleasant and nice! Breakfast was good. Coffee and ice available 24/7. Love that idea. Will stay again if we get that way.

The only thing I did not like about this property is that it did not have a pool and no microwave in room. But, if it came down to cleanliness and having a pool, I would pick cleanliness. Everything else was good other than not much breakfast options for egg allergy. The unlimited coffee was a plus.

This was the best hotel at this price point, which was amazing that I have stayed in. It was clean, service was exceptional, price was PERFECT, I have another trip coming up soon and I looked to change hotels but they don’t have on where I’m going. In the future I will look for AVID hotels first

Our stay was very pleasant, the staff was very friendly and the entire hotel was very clean and well-kept. The hotel is in a very quiet area but take a 5-minute drive and you'll find yourself in a very busy area with tons of shopping and dining options. Would stay here again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Even the air in our room smelled clean! Comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean bathrooms with large no-step shower supplied with Dove brand soap, shampoo and conditioner. All bed linens and towels were clean and soft. Great experience at Avid.
