beautiful place

Everything was fine

We booked a last minute stay due to a delay in our flight that would cause us to miss our connection. However, while in the air, the airline redirected us to Montreal instead of Toronto due to bad weather in Toronto. This hotel REFUSED to refund our money. We had booked for 2 nights in order to catch the next flight to our destination. They could have at least refunded the second night as there was plenty of notice. Not impressed.

Sink was plugged, needs plunger. Missing hook on the bathroom door inside. Window heater unit plug did not stay in the socket, I had to use tape to secure it.

An airport shuttle service would’ve been most helpful and we were very disappointed that there was no continental breakfast

I had a mixed review of a time here. Calling ahead was frustrating, as I was assured they no longer accepted debit deposits and needed a form signed by someone I knew with a credit card.

This Review for eye opener for management, get your own coffee machine. Next door Gas Station employee name Shahid is so bad and not honoring Hotel Guests for coffee.

I didnt give a 5 star rating because while the room was super comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious there advertisment was misleading when it came on to the idea of serving breakfast or brunch as they had listed in there discription. The breakfast consisted of an apple or an orange with a croissant and a muffin and a bottle of water which they provided a wooden knife to peal the orange or apple, the brunch was non existant as when we contacted the front desk and asked they said they didnt serve brunch, or dinner and i am left woundering why list it if you dont provide it. There was a reasturant on the property that was closed the entire time i was there, they also advertised a pool that was nonexistant and closed they atleast provided a way for you to atleast get some coffee or tea, i didnt like the fact they have you fill out and excessively long survey for food which they didnt even provide.the young receptionist was very friendly and helpful she assisted us in how to locate and take public transportation and made checking in a breeze. Apart form that the stay was good i would go back for the convience of it now that i know what to expect.

Nice stay, very cozy room. Just its clear its a 2 star since I didnt have soap to wash my hands, recycling bin is one per floor, only get a microwave and fridge.

Gym and Pool both closed, elevators feel unsafe and the entire place feels like it needs a major renovation. Good thing it's cheap

Very satisfied stayed for a night. Front desk very helpful and our room is cleaned.
