Fully Private Apartment - New Luxury Two Bed Private Apartment by the Lake

Nice spot Nice spot. Very clean and perfect for a quick getaway. Needed somewhere close to office for work, and this did the job. Easy drive to great restaurants and bars. Beautiful neighbourhood.

Lacking the basics Unfortunately I cannot rate this place more than 2 stars. The place is myself is nice. But it doesn't have many of the basics - we booked and arrived with my whole family with young kids, at check in right the way we noticed there only 2 towels + 1 hand towel. There's also no bed sheets or pillow for the futon in the living area. We tried texting, calling and even ringing the doorbell at the main house and we got nobody. We managed the shower that night and was planning to go buy some towels first thing the day after. I checked again in the morning via text and the manager assistant respond back they didn't get my text. They provided the towels and bed sheets. Then ignored the other requests such as salt and pepper, trash bag, sugar / honey... This is really the first time I stay in somewhere missing so many basic stuff. :(

Anniversary Getaway The studio was convenient and clean and cute. The host, Jack, was great to communicate. It had a nice area to walk to the water and park. I would recommend it!
