Friendly and professional staff, buffet sea food dinner was excellent and lovely large warm swimming pool.

As a globally recognized 5 stars hotel brand, the hygiene standards of the hotel should meet requirements. However, on the night we checked in, we found used tissues on the bed and even hair left on the bed sheets, indicating that the housekeeping service had not changed the bed linens and pillowcases after the previous guest checked out. The next day, we called the front desk several times to request fresh bed linens and pillowcases, but it took an excessively long time for them to make it. Additionally, bathroom towels were not replaced regularly, and we had to repeatedly remind the staffs to do so. The hotel premises are quite large, and as a five-star hotel, it is common practice to provide shuttle carts for guests' convenience to deliver them to their rooms. However, this hotel lacked such a service. Every time we returned from outside, we had to walk a considerable distance to reach our room. We hope the hotel will take the aforementioned issues seriously, improve their services, and address these problems.

Nice place to chill and relax. The pool is great and big but the facilities are getting old. Staff were friendly. Overall a good place to stay. Do take note this hotel is a bit far from the city centre.

Good service and environment. The Mandara Spa is very disappointing and expensive. The massage lady is friendly but she seems not familiar with her job with mediocre skills and did not take care of the details. It’s not worth the money and will never try again!

Very nice and comfy resort hotel! We are welcomed by the bell boy helping us with the luggage with big smiles and greetings. The front desk politely ask for us to rest at lobby or can go for nearby shopping while we were waiting for the room to be ready ( we were early). They gives us plenty of drinking waters to make sure we stay hydrated! Swimming pool is big and nice ( they have several baby pool, and a big pool with various depths). It was nice as they also provide us complementary dinner for 2 ( our booking comes with breakfast for 3 adults, kiddo is additional RM30). I would like to complement the restaurant staff - Rita who has given us the utmost great hospitality and flexibility as we request to pack food to go instead of dinning in ( dinner). Overall I am impressed by this 5- star hospitality of Marriott. They never let me down with their superb services.

Our booking was messed up and the front desk staff was unaware of 2 bookings made under the same reference and blamed Trip.com on the issue, which very irresponsible. However, the staff able to address our problem within an hour. The rooms provided quite poorly maintained with a lot of mosquitoes stained and blood on the curtain, fabric bench and table. One of our bathroom was clogged and has to prolong our shower time to avoid flooding the batchroom area. We also experienced power disruption during our stay. The phone lever has a foul odor and was not properly sanitized. The food served was basic and not to 5 star level. The taste too, just like dining at normal shoplot cafe. The refillable shower gel was not refill above half level of the bottle and difficult to pump out. Pverall the staff were not attentive to details and took for granted on the hygiene and convenience of the guest. If not because of the pool which my kids wosh for, we will not moe to this hotel. It is far below the par for Marriot chain hotel standard.

If you are looking for a quiet place, this hotel is for you.

This resort not able to access to beach. No sandy beach and no beach activities. Just a swimming pool. That's all for a meaning of resort.

Overall the hotel was nice. The staff were friendly and a very good breakfast. The room was a little tired as missing ceiling light, just a hole and wall paper parting.

Overall, the resort was really old and tired looking and lacks a lot of the modern amenities that newer resorts come equipped with. If your room is not located at the main building itself, be prepared to walk quite a fair bit. The resort was not properly maintained, especially the footpaths and landscaping. Staff however was friendly and buffet breakfast was good with many choices. Needs refurbishment asap

My 2nd time stayed here. Very nice room and good environment. Kids love to swim in the swimming pool.

Very good and quiet place to stay. Well maintained even it is old. Surprise there is no lift to change floor.
