I liked the bedroom, it was very big and confortable and the personal is simply the best I have ever seen, i recomend this hotel specialky because of the personal, very educated, polite, very pleasant people, i would stay in this hotel again just because of peopke that work there, the breakfast is not so good, but the room and the team are excellent and the location is very good too

This hotel is definitely not what it looks like. The room I had had a tiny window, so dont expect any natural light. There is no complimentary water, or kettle, nor coffee machine in the room. No fridge either. The room smelled. The bed was horrible. Service was excellent though.

Hotel is comfortable & convenient. Our room was very quiet, which is not easy in Lima. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the front desk lady who was very nice & went out of her way to help me find a way to get to the airport quickly!!

El desayuno buffet exquisito, y la atención del mozo Alex excepcional. Nos explicó el buffet de inicio a fin y nos aconsejó varios platos. Súper recomendable venir aquí, es uno de los mejores desayunos buffet que he comido en Lima. Recomiendo muchísimo la atención de Alex porque ha sido una de las mejores experiencias.

Hace unas semanas fui a consumir el desayuno buffet de este Hotel y la verdad que la experiencia fue única, el desayuno era muy variado tenía, estación de panes, huevos a la orden, jugos y frutas frescas. Además de ello la atención de Esperanza y Naomi muy gentiles y amables. Súper recomendado 😉

Hotel aconchegante e funcionários super solicitos. Tive uma boa estadia. Café da manhã super gostoso! A localização também se mostrou excelente, conseguimos fazer tudo a pé. Não é perto do centro, mas conseguimos ir de Miraflores a Barranco tranquilamente.
