The reception girls did well, their attention was quick and friendly. They helped me ordering taxis, and with any request that I wasn’t able to do. The room was nice, the bed was so comfortable, very tidy and clean. Also the hotel is located in a very safe place and close to everything. My stay was great. Thank you all!!!! 😁

Gino Velasquez was an exceptional waiter. He is very personable and helpful. He provided excellent and friendly service. The restaurant food was very good. Attentive staff. Liz Espinoza is a talented staff. Would recommend eating here if in the area. Prices are very affordable.

My stay was spectacular, since I have many memories with the workers. Mainly, I remember Gino, Konnie and Diana who are very kind and attentive. It should be noted that the food and drinks offered were to my liking. Until the next visit. Thanks for all.

We were there with a group tour. Stayed there twice, a couple of nights at the beginning of the tour and a couple of nights at the end. The location is ok, easy walk to many attractions. That's were the positivity ends. We had two different rooms and each had their shortfalls. Our first room was spacious enough (beside/behind the elevator)but was dated and the bed uncomfortabley hard (for one of us lol). The room for the second stay was worse. It was small, very tight space so much so that we hurt ourselves while moving around the bed as the space between the bed and the wall was small. No side table for that close to the wall side. The bathroom was a step up from the floor of the room. So strange. We never bothered with breakfast as after the first day our group let us know it wasn't good and only the die hard breakfast people went for the meager offerrings and coffee. I suspect our breakfast bars and the instant coffee we brought from home were just as good. The hotel tried to supply dinner twice for our group. I suppose this was requested by the tour operator but the hotel should have been honest and told them they don't do dinner. The attempt was awful. Seriously, they provided such bad food and poor service even our tour provider had to find alternate arrangements for our second stay as the food they provided was an insult to food. There is a bar but is isn't open after 9:00 pm. We tried to get some wine but the staff don't speak english and they don't even know what they have. Overall if you expect a level of service beyond a roadside motel don't bother staying here. As we were there as part of a group I suspect they have great group rates.

It is magnificent place to stay is to feel comfortable and safe, the great attention to the guest from the manager to the staff that does the cleaning of the hotel and rooms and especially Ms Pilar Villena. Atte. Ever Chavez

Location and services are excellent. We stayed here for about a week and highly recommend this hotel to travelers. The desk staffs and manager really try their best to make sure we are happy. It's location makes it easily accessible to many places...
