This is a wonderful hotel. The atmosphere is good. The breakfast is delicious. And variety.

I always stay at Tierra Viva in Lima, but I didn't know there were 3! I mistakenly thought this was Tierra Viva Larco. I always stay in Tierra Viva no matter which city I am in, Peru, because you always know what to expect. Clean, convenient, helpful staff. But this location is not convenient at all! To get to Miraflores, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes in taxi. Costs add up going to and forth twice a day!

Only stayed one night but it’s a great hotel, lovely modern rooms and great value for money. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again if I came back to Lima. Only negative for me was that the breakfast wasn’t that good for me as a vegan.

Great hotel for the price! The staff is prettty friendly. Note that this is not in the heart of Miraflores and there’s really nothing walking distance, everything is a short drive away.

The room was spacious and clean. All of the staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Wonderful stay, staff was very attentive and helpful during our entire stay. Excellent breakfast choices included and the staff even prepared sack lunches for us on days we left very early for our tours. Conveniently located on a street one block parallel to the restaurants street and within walking distance to the parks. Room was very clean with comfortable king bed.

Wonderful rooms, great comfortable bed, lovely lobby, friendly and helpful staff, amazing delicious breakfast with a beautiful rooftop dining area. A very convenient and quiet location. Very secure. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel location was with in walking distance to lots of good restaurants. The amenities we needed were included.

I have been traveling to Lima several times ver the last 10 years. I always select Tierra Viva Miraflores at Gral. Mendiburu. The staff is just superb - from check-in to breakfast to assistance with taxis, etc. Suggest selecting a room facing the inside courtyard for lower steer noise.

The level of customer attention and assistance is just superb! Comfortable bedding and quiet room (#505). I suggest getting a room facing the inside courtyard rather than facing the Gral. Mendiburu street. Breakfast is varied, plentiful, and fresh, not your standard US-type of scrambled eggs (from a carton), sausage, and potatoes. There are 3 Tierra Viva in Miraflores. I selected the one in Mendiburu because it's in a quiet area with less traffic and is walkable to Miraflores Centro. Of course, the taxi to Miraflores Centro is just 10 soles (about $2.50).
