Apartment is located at the top of one of the oldest buildings of the city and can be a bit noisy for neighbors. Historically this neighbourhood is inhabited by hereditary intellegentsia. They are very sensitive to noise level and they expect demonstration of mutual respect. It's important to respect the right of neighbors for cleanliness, silence and calm. Any diner gathering has to be finished before 23:00 or be absolutely silent.

Прекрасные апартаменты для семейного отдыха. Дом расположен в историческом центре, апартаменты на пятом этаже. Удобные кровати, вся необходимая посуда для приготовления еды. Спальня с большой кроватью, детская и кухня-гостиная с диваном. Очень чисто, уютно и комфортно. Недалеко расположена станция метро, также рядом Большой театр, множество кафе, супермаркет. До исторического центра 15 минут прогулочным шагом. Буквально за углом набережная с парком, где по вечерам работает светомузыкальный фонтан. Рядом много государственных учреждений, поэтому в районе спокойно и безопасно. Единственная проблема, если вы на машине - это парковка. В дневное время припарковаться проблематично. После 18.00 много свободных мест.
Обратите внимание на контактные данные, связаться с хозяином удалось по WatsApp только после уточнения номера в поддержке. При наборе с российской СИМки его номер начинается на +33, ставить код +375 перед номером не надо.
