All i can say is that these guys try really hard from my own experience of being delayed arriving by a day from being sick, they moved my reservation without trouble or fee (most places would have hit me with a fee) Then as i was hanging around reception waiting for a delivery - overhearing the length the receptionists go (I think it was Terry) to keep guests happy, accommodate requests and move quickly to meet demands sometimes I miss this ‘eagerness to serve’ in other locations but here it has it in spades!!

We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to the Xcel Center, and it did not disappoint. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The biggest surprise, though, was how quiet the rooms were. Despite being sold out, we couldn’t hear our neighbors to the side or above/below. The hallways were quiet too. The free breakfast was above average, but skip it an go next door to Hope Breakfast.

This place is either new or has been recently remodeled. The rooms are very nice, although the mattress was not very comfortable. We were very impressed by the front desk staff, especially Jon. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. their restaurant recommendations were very accurate. The location was very good, especially if you are going to one of the hospitals across the street. They use valet parking, although on exit we loaded the car in the back and drove ourselves out of the lot. The primary cons of the place are a fairly poor breakfast spread. There are a couple of better options for breakfast next door. Also, the pool gets little use and could use a good spring cleaning. We will be happy to return to this place. A note for people booking with ******* and other aggregators. The use of a third-party booking agent ties the hands of the front desk and they cannot solve your problems.

Booked through *******. Cancelled through *******. They didn't cancel it on their end (the hotel) and they now refuse to even refund the nights that ARE STILL REMAINING. They aren't just charging the first night but THE ENTIRE STAY. I now have to cancel my actual future trip to see family because they scammed me out of $650 by refusing to acknowledge the ******* cancellation and there is absolutely zero I can do. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. No compassion.

Pros: Room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was well stocked and breakfast area very clean. Free laundry machines! Cons: I would have given 5 stars if not for the front desk staff who were not very friendly on either the day or night shifts. They seem easily distracted with their own conversations. I had to ask about basic things: breakfast time, shuttle, parking. No explanation on anything upon arrival. A note that parking can be different in front of the hotel. Valet parking is the only option.

this was a great place to stay and very modern. the staff was helpful and the pool and hot tub were very nice (a bit small, but good) we would definitely stay again

I enjoyed the convience of the location, the shuttle, and the friendly staff. I was not a fan of valet parking only to begin with, however it turned out well and I liked the fact that my vehicle was in a secure location.
