"We spent 2400€ for an 8 days stay in this hotel, for 3 people. It's a lot of money and it was supposed to be the highlight of our trip to Cabo Verde. The main reason why we chose this apartment was the view and the private swimming pool. The view is beautiful, but the swimming pool was unusable most of the time : very dirty, with yellow stains on the walls and more and more cloudy. In a word, disgusting. The problem is we asked for the cleaning of the pool or repair of the filtering system like every day. And each day it was supposed to be solved, a person was supposed to get there and solve the problem. And each time nobody showed up. The problem was solved only the day before we left ! We asked for a refund, but the only offer we got was not to pay the laundry, which was a neglectible refund in comparison with what we paid for this hotel. We asked to complain to the owner, but the owner was unreachable, in another country, ill, etc. The management took my email and said that they would get in touch with us after we left, which of course never happened. I could mention also other problems, less serious but that still show that this hotel is overpriced : one day the water pressure was so low it was impossible to shower. It took more than one day to solve the problem ! So my advice is : do not choose this hotel. It's the price of a luxury hotel, but certainly not the service of a luxury hotel."

"Spectacular stunning views aside, this hotel is a major disappointment and nowhere near a luxury experience. The location is extremely impractical far from the harbour and requiring a long, exhausting climb up countless steep stairs. This alone makes it unsuitable for anyone seeking comfort, ease, or mobility-friendly access. The so-called “suite” offered by ******* was shockingly basic and barely reaches a 3-star standard. Staff were polite but clearly under-resourced. The receptionist although kind and sweet, could not assist with luggage despite the endless stairs; we were only helped thanks to our driver. She also recommended Caravello for dinner, which turned out to be an awful choice — a fast-food-style place aimed at budget diners, with little concern for hygiene, nutrition, or quality. Absolutely not suitable for anyone who cares about healthy or decent food. Amenities are minimal. The swimming pool is a tiny pond, but enabled us to sunbathe. Breakfast was mediocre and ends at 11am, and there is no food or drink service at all during the day, which is unacceptable and says everything about the level of service. This property feels geared towards backpackers and budget travellers, not guests expecting comfort or refinement. Toiletries were sparse, towels and pillows had to be requested on arrival, and the bed was uncomfortable, the mattress aggravated my sciatica. The reception area itself is tiny, unwelcoming, and poorly presented. In summary: beautiful views, poor hotel. I would not return and would strongly advise travellers seeking comfort, service, or luxury to look elsewhere. Not suitable for handicapped or disabled clients"

"Chúng tôi ở 4 đêm và nó thật hoàn hảo. Nhà dân được trang trí đẹp, nhân viên rất lịch sự, chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện. Phòng của chúng tôi khá rộng rãi và có lối vào ban công, sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Vị trí nằm ở trung tâm với rất nhiều nhà hàng và cửa hàng trong vòng 2 phút đi bộ. Bữa sáng là tuyệt vời và có một sự lựa chọn khá nhiều. Điểm cộng cho tôi là katxupa mỗi ngày! Mọi người đều rất tốt, đặc biệt là Mirna, Mircea và các cô nữ đã chuẩn bị bữa sáng thần thần mỗi ngày."

"Tôi đã ở đây cùng bạn tôi trong 3 ngày. Phòng ốc/ căn hộ rộng và thực sự ổn. Nhược điểm lớn duy nhất trong phòng là điều hòa rất ồn ào vào ban đêm gần như không sử dụng được và bạn thức dậy mỗi 3h hoàn toàn mồi mồ hôi để họ chạy lại 20min. Khen ngợi tiếp tục tuyệt vời cũng là bữa sáng, thật buồn, đơn giản là buồn. Cho mỗi ngày thực sự như vậy, khi chọn không có vấn đề nhưng đơn giản không có sự lựa chọn ở đây. Đa dạng sandwich, đa dạng bánh mì. Chỉ có bánh ngọt. Có những hạt ngô phải ăn với sữa nóng thực sự định là cà phê. Tuy nhiên có trứng đã ở đó từ đầu ăn sáng, giống như bánh xô/nặng không mát. Không có ý nghĩ bàn. Ăn sáng giá 8 €/người mỗi ngày. Vì vậy €48 cho 3 ngày với 2 người. Khi chúng tôi công nhận những đánh giá này lúc trả phòng và yêu cầu một hóa đơn từ giá thì không có gì đến. Dù bạn làm ăn sáng đúng, đẹp những gì bạn có thể thích giá 10-15 € p.P hay bạn giảm giá như công bằng 5€ p.P. Rất tệ trong tầm nhìn khách sạn thực sự đẹp, ngoại trừ hai bên khách sạn rộng các khu vực rất yếu. Ngoại trừ ai mà chúng ta gặp, có thể có tiếng Anh ở đây."
