Residence Inn Rehoboth Beach

The check-in process was quick and easy. Chris was wonderful and very welcoming! The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The fitness room had several options. I only used the bike, and it was a nice piece of equipment. The buffet breakfast was among the better complimentary hotel buffet breakfasts I've seen. There were several options to choose from. We didn't use the pool, but the pool area looked very nice. The location was perfect for us. We were spending time with family in Milton. It was easy to go back and forth between the hotel and Milton. It's not far from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is modern and the rooms are very comfortable. The morning breakfast was over the top for a hotel buffet venue. The staff was very helpful and professional. There is a bar, pool, fitness center and outdoor fire pit which make this hotel a step above your average hotel. Recommend looking this location over if you are in town.

Clean hotel good for a short stay. Good breakfast with some healthier options. Staff is polite and housekeeping did a good job preparing our room. 15 minutes from rehobeth beach. Kitchen has the minimum cutlery and dishes and could use some improvement.

There are so many plusses to this hotel, which we enjoyed for the second year.. 1. A very clean property. Staff is attentive to cleaning and hygiene. 2. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and included many extras such as tomato juice and peeled hard boiled eggs. 3.Front desk staff welcoming and took care of the few requests that needed attention 4. Pool and adjacent outdoor longue area was well maintained. 5. Plenty of ADA parking right at the door. 6.We arrived early and our room was ready. 7. Acknowledged as gold elite member on our TV. 8. Beautiful and comfortable lobby with large screen TV,computer and printer. 9. Near many restaurants and shopping. A few suggestions... The exercise room should have a scale. Housekeeping should be available daily although the desk had extra towels, toilet paper and tissues. Must be good even Rosie was pleased. See you next year!

The place is great, well kept , very clean and accommodating staff. I thought the hotel had recently opened. Great location as it is quiet and away the chaos of the beach area. Kudos to maintenance and housekeeping for their excellent work. Can't wait to return again.
