Milan Royal Suites - Centro Cadorna

DO NOT STAY HERE. I HAD THIS PLACE BOOKED AND HAD A DEATH IN THE FAMILY. I CONTACTED THE HOTEL AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO REFUNDING ME AS I COULD NOT MAKE IT. THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO ME UNTIL AFTER THE SCHEDULED STAY!!! AND THEN THEY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE ME!!!!! THEIR COMMUNICATION IS POOR AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!

The staff were excellent and the property was great. Convenient location with some good restaurants in walking distance.

Washing machine, dishwasher, stovetop, bath. All modern and well appointed. Huge living area. Large windows that opened to stunning views of Milano & a great breeze. Highly recommended. I recently booked my stay through Milan royal suites and had an amazing experience. The booking process was simple and hassle-free, and the customer service was top-notch. The property I stayed at was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and accommodating, making sure that l had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Milan royal suites, to anyone looking for a great place to stay while traveling. I will definitely be booking through them again in the future!

No sheets for couch!! Worse, Our check in time was after 2pm, but the property owner didn’t bother to send us the code for the door or instructions till I sent repeated emails at 5 pm. Yes we were checking in late but no one wants to get on a plane and have no details for getting into your rental. They kept wanting to send videos for a simple place even though I asked two time for information by email. Just a difficult and stressful check in. (Place was pretty normal, not luxury fyi)

Had a lovely long weekend break. We arrived 2 hours before could check in. Phoned the MRS and a lovely chap came to the apartment and let us in and it had still to be cleaned but no problem we left our bags and went out for the day. Its about 10 min walk from main square. Perfect. Huge bedroom with balcony. Loved having breakfast on balcony. There was coffee shop across road. Sold pastries also. Will miss this. Daughter slept on sofa bed in living room. Walked that much she just was so tired she slept like a log. Bathroom with big walk in shower. Small kitchen. Never used it. Why would you with so many good restaurants. Tube station 100 metres away. 1 change to san siro. MRS looked after us. Just whatsapp them they respond. They looked after our cases last day and gave superb recommendation for restaurant. Could hear traffic from apartment during night but hey its a centre city apartment in Milan. Loved Milan.

Brilliant communication ahead of our stay and the apartment was really clean and perfectly located.
