The hotel is very clean, staffs are friendly and can speak English.

Rooms facing the main road outside of the 🏨 can be noisy from time to time. Superior room signle room is spacious. Did not try the breakfast. Not recommend to try as 🏨 is adjacent to many restaurants.

Clean and tidy room, friendly location

The hotel was good in general, but there was a problem with me when checking in, as I had a pre-paid online reservation for two nights for a twin room, when I arrived and showed the reservation to the receptionist called Angelo he told me yes there is a reservation in your name for two nights for a double room but you have to pay 200€, so I told him that I had paid in advance through the visa, and that was indicated in the reservation! He said, "I can't hand you the room without paying, which forced me to wait an hour in the reception hall - and I was tired - until I obtained the electronic payment receipt and an account statement from my bank account showing the date of payment and the beneficiary." And when I showed him the documents, he was forced to hand me the room, and he claimed that a mistake had occurred with him and there was a similarity with another reservation with the same first name, the same number of nights and the number of beds for another person, but he was not paid!! Note: My name is rare in my country, so how in Italy!

連鎖酒店，房間很乾凈，旁邊就是FIERA MILANO CITY，邊上就是PORTELLO地鐵站，走路去LOTTO地鐵站10分鐘，去市中心跟方便。 停車收費，一天忘了是15還是18歐，但前台大叔特別熱情地幫忙找了個説是警察叔叔不會貼牌的位置；酒店不提供免費瓶裝水，大叔又給送了兩瓶。怒省20歐，不好評都不好意思啦。

Dans les deux chambres réservées, il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, il est anormal de ne pas avoir de bouilloire dans la chambre. À la réception, le soir de notre arrivée, il y a avait un personnel très agréable. Lendemain matin lorsque on a signalé la présence de moisissures dans la salle de bains, aucune réaction de la part de la réceptionniste. Le petit déjeuner rien d’extraordinaire, en revanche on pouvait faire du jus d’organe pressé est c’est une bon point. Un autre point positif est l’emplacement de l’hôtel à côté du métro et à côté du centre ( quelques stations).

La verdad es que me ha gustado la estancia, ya que era cómoda y los días que he estado he dormido muy bien. Está un poco lejos del centro pero tiene el metro cerca.

Hotel praticamente dietro la metropolitana. Posto comodissimo per raggiungere San Siro sia s piedi che in metro. Letti comodi, bagno pulito, colazione ottima e varia. Dovendo tornare a Milano sicuramente lo riprenderò
