24 Very good room and hotel everything is perfect and clean i recommend

This is one of my favorite hotels in Milano. Even it is in a suburb , 🏨 is well connected by public transport. Room is spacious and the central heating is not very warm in the room. It is comfortable.

A nice modern hotel, clean and large rooms with good aircon. For the price it was 100% worth it. The staff spoke good English and was happy to advise us on driving regulations around Milan and what areas to avoid, which was super helpful for us.

Nice hotel, very clean & smells fresh. 10 mins walk to train/underground. Receptionist could explain more about breakfast & check out. Hot food section at breakfast could be better but overall okay for the stay

The staff at the credit is very nice. The room is okay, the bed is comfortable. The walls are thin so I could hear everything and it disturbed my peace.

We travelled in Milan for 3 days and we stayed at this hotel. The amenities were good, and the room would be cleaned every day. The only shortage was that the wifi in the room was very slow. I recommend to reach the hotel by regional train rather than metro, since the metro station is far from the hotel.

No privacy. The door has no lock, someone barged in our room at 8:00 am while we are sleeping without any permission.

Worst hotel ever Would never recommend this hotel. Poor service and impolite front desk staff. The washroom door in our first room was broken. A wooden bar fell and hit my head. We called the front desk and the staff were impolite that they wouldn’t say sorry or apologize, wouldn’t ask if we got hurt. They just asked us to wait for somebody to fix the door. We asked for another room. They just asked us to go to front desk immediately otherwise we would have to wait a long time to have another room. This formed our first impression on Milan. Another room was just another nightmare. The second day when we woke up, we saw a cockroach…and we kept seeing bugs everyday.

The hotel was quite far from central Milan’ and also there was nothing near by

Stayed here for the second tine. Great place, very quiet. Not in the center but you can easily get to all the attractions by Metro or train. Super prompt check-in. The room was spacious, nice modern design.

Good standard hotel, big rooms, big comfy beds, modern decor, professional, polite and helpful desk staff, good breakfast. Location is not the best - jyst yards away next to an abandoned huge building with no windows and doors- hotel staff told me there were plans to be demolished- it may put you off as not a pretty site. Also- the hotel is quite far from the Milan Centre- a 10 minutes walk to the Metro and then about 10 stops away or a train journey with a change over - again - not very convenient if you are on foot.
