Good location and kind staffs. I stayed this hotel in winter but room was too hot. I could feel summer night in the winter.

Reservamos en hotel king mokinba y muy contentos al pensar que íbamos a estar céntricos de todo lo turístico de Milán, cuando llegamos, la sorpresa que nos tenían preparada con la ilusión de disfrutar unos días por esta ciudad, nos comunican que nos mandan a su otro hotel de Milán “Baviera mokinba” porque este tenía un problema y no tenían habitaciones disponibles, el supuesto hotel estaba mucho más lejos del centro caminando y pensando que no teníamos que coger transporte público nos obligaron a hacerlo todos los días pagándolo nosotros. No tuvieron ningún detalle después de las molestias (dándonos ellos el transporte o invitándonos a desayuno en buffet ya que no lo teníamos contratado) lo mínimo que tendrían que haber hecho era avisarnos antes de nuestra llegada al hotel un día antes por lo menos y no contentos con no hacerlo tampoco tuvieron ninguna deferencia ante este inconveniente. Mi movilidad era reducida por una molestia en un pie que me impedía caminar mucho por eso pagamos un hotel más céntrico (más caro) y al final nos alojaron en otro. Una vergüenza y un gasto extra en mi viaje que no me correspondía, la verdad.

房間燈光比較暗，沒有冷氣，好彩當時是冬天過去。廁所很大，但整體感覺好陰暗，並且感到殘舊。不過地理位置都方便 

이번에 이 호텔은 예약하는 족족 호텔 결제 옵션이 바로 결제되어버렸습니다. 덕분에 출장비 정산이 너무 꼬여서 매우 힘들었어요. 데스크는 엄청나게 불친절하고, 현장에서 아무리 설명해도 귀담아 듣는 사람 하나도 없었습니다. 근처 다른 호텔에 투숙한 인원들은 매우 편안하게 지내다 나온것과 대조되었죠. 진심으로 재투숙하고 싶지 않습니다. 옵션에서 현장 결제는 꼭 삭제하시고 운영하시길 바랍니다. 더 비싼 비용을 지불하면서 현장 결제 옵션을 선택하는 사람들이 바보라서 그러는 거 아니고 다 그만한 이유가 있어서 그런겁니다. 노쇼한 것도 아니고 체크인 시간에 나타났는데도 디파짓 카드로 결제하고 박박 우기십니까?

분명 옵션에는 ‘숙소에서 결제’라고 되어있습니다. 지금도 바우처 한 번 확인해보세요. 데스크가 끝까지 이미 결제되었다고 우겨서 디파짓 카드로 호텔비가 결제되었습니다. 출장비 정산해야하는데 예약을 대신해준 제 개인 카드로 결제되어 진심 난감하구요. 이럴 거 같았으면 더 비싼 금액 옵션으로 호텔 결제를 선택할 이유가 없지 않을까요? 트립닷컴 고객센터까지 이건 보증금이다 확인해줬는데 여기서 여러 명에게 물어보는데 끝까지 박박 우겼어요. 불친절의 끝판입니다.

酒店位置很好，離米蘭大教堂走路十分鐘，基礎房型的房間很小，窗户也很小，勉強能住人。早餐要自己加錢買，12euro，吃的東西不多。

Great central location , really clean and modern rooms, great staff, just 6-7 min walk from Cardorna station.

We found the hotel easily and it was very well situated close to the city centre and Parco Sempione. The room was sufficiently big for three people and the bathroom nice and clean. The bed was, in my opinion, a bit hard and short. I'm not extremely tall 168 cm, but my feet reached outside of the end of the bed.

First - strange name. The people at the front desk during the day hours were very helpful and they helped us get a very early check in. Night time guy - don’t bother him. The moldings around many of the doors on our floor were coming off. The lighting system requires you to put your key card in a contraption at the door for the lights to work. The shower barely fits a person and it’s very noisy when you invariably hit the surround. Oh, no wash cloths. The walls are paper thin though generally the place was quiet overall. You cannot adjust the heat in the room. They set it for the whole property. It was very warm. The elevator could only house 2 people. And 2 pieces of luggage. None of this would keep me from staying there again though. Wi-Fi was good. Did not try breakfast so can’t say but there are a number of Cafe/bars within 1-2 minutes. It’s a 3 star European hotel. It meets those criteria. It’s fine.

Much smaller property than expected. Careful on choosing the room, they have double or full list, they will give you the double instead. Very small accomodations.

Photos dont show current conditions. Was not impressed or satisfied about my stay. Staff needs to provide more service and less explanation.

For a budget hotel this property is fantastic. Very clean modern decorated rooms, friendly staff, excellent location close to everything you need and quiet rooms. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget or not.

This is happening a lot. We see the picture of the hotel room, we book the hotel, then when we arrive the room doesn’t look anything like the picture. This room is extremely small. Nothing like we thought.
