MILAN HOSPITALITY-BEST TO AVOID THIS HOTEL I’ve booked 6 nights , 2 rooms ( 6-12May 2024) upon recommendation of ESSKA …. I’ve confirmed my stay from beginning of check in by Ms Elenora … somehow on the 11 May , our luggages were removed from our rooms forcibly without our consent and informing us although we’ve a valid PAID stay ( reason given was system error)- was there an attempt to contact us thru WhatsApp or email before resorting to removing our belongings from the rooms( would this resorted to ?ASSAULT/THEFT)…. What leaves a BAD taste to all these horrendous experience was the nonchalant , condescending attitude of the reception hotel staffs in handling the check in till check out PRO-location( 100m ) from Gerusalamme metro station, breakfast buffet staffs CONS- malfunction aircond , dated furnitures and vibes, reception staffs attitude, expensive( value for money 300£ per room per night)

My husband and I are world travelers from Canada. This year we stop after visiting Dubai and Singapore to Milan for a short 4 days here in our way home. We choose this hotel based on online reviews and some youtube videos and we were pleased with our decision. Hotel is very close located to metro station and restaurants. Is a relative medium hotel with clean rooms and well lighted. Bathroom is small and hot water is always available. Services are very good here and very proffesional. We were really impressed with their buffet breakfast ,food selections and presentation but most of all with the servers here.They were very polite, profesional and made you feel at home.Special thanks to ANETA and CHIARA. We will recomand this hotel to all our friends who will visit Milan.

The hotel is uninspiring and not very welcoming, the breakfast is not good. I was never offered a coffee. I think the staff have an issue with British people. The dinner options are absolutely dreadful, and expensive. I would not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel, nice location. Quiet area. Taxi needed to get to City Centre.Parking available for fee. Can’t comment on breakfast as we had room only…

Little gem on the outskirts of Milan centre. Checked in very late however was still able to get a snack and glass of wine before bed. Thoroughly recommend

Overall a nice hotel and a great stay. Location was good, price was reasonable, and the staff were fantastic. Was able to walk to San Siro Stadium in about 45 minutes and to the Central Train Station in about the same. For me it was centrally located for my trip to Milan. Would recommend and will stay there again if I venture back to Milan.

Lovely reception staff, went above and beyond, she gave us a free room upgrade and recommendations on where to eat. Bed and pillow was very comfy, room was large. Good WiFi connection. Good location between 2 metros, one being 2 min walk away.
