The Couper Castello

總體很不錯，前台的女士非常友好和熱情，我喜歡房間的洗手間，很新很乾凈，房間也很漂亮。地理位置很好，去景點很方便，主要是離火車站很近走路衹需要5分鐘。這應該是民宿不是酒店，由私人管理。在一棟大樓裏面，裏面不止這間民宿還有其他民宿和理髮店，有時候會擔心安全問題，我不太喜歡房間提供的水，由玻璃瓶裝着我會擔心瓶子是重複使用。總的來説很不錯下次還會再來！

房內電視機的功能選項很多。酒店位置也非常好，去Dumo, 名店街就走十幾分鍾。酒店的房子雖老，但衹是遊覽完後睡一覺確實可以。如要性價比更高的酒店就應住在米蘭中央火車站這邊，價錢不超過一千元，但所有的東西，服務等也一樣

Quirky boutique hotel Previous reviews mention some of the quirks of this hotel - no reception in the evening, no obvious entrance, electronic key to the external door, etc. However, inside you will find a lovely, modernised room with space, good shower, and comfortable bed. The location is superb - easy walking to the Duomo, the Brera district and next to the Castello Sforzesco. They responded quickly when I had a problem with the external door key - a guy came to allow me entry with an actual key. It’s a great place to stay if you can accept there is no reception after 5pm. I would stay again.

I had an excellent experience with Couper Castello and would certainly come back. The room and facilities are exquisitely decorated, Debora is a fantastic host, the central location is great and you are literally across the street from Castello Sforzesco! I will mention a few things that were not negatives to me, but people should be aware prior to booking: - This is not a conventional hotel, so you should not expect 24/7 staff on site, amenities, etc. They do housekeeping daily and the host is on site during business hours. - The facility is located inside a historical building, so the elevator is dated, if that matters to you. - The room I stayed at had a window, but no view. Not sure about others. Very memorable experience and looking forward to being back some day.

Excellent service We had a great time, check in smooth although you gotta check in in person by 4:40pm, otherwise virtual check in. We were celebrating our anniversary so Benedetta left us a surprise, soooo happy!! Thank you. Location amazing, so close to the castle and to Cadorna Station, Only 10 min walk from il Duomo. Will go back if visiting Milan again.
