"Hotel is super well located if you go to exhibition center, 5 min walking distance. You can order food or walk 15 min to a close mall. Staff are friendly and helpful, 5 stars I had few issues with water pressure and needed to ask for help twice, rooms have no phone so you have to walk until front desk. Breakfast is also ok, you can have bread, cheese, yogurt, egg, fruits, etc"

Premier Hotel Midrand

"Alongside the N1 in the heart of Midrand, and close to whatever you could need. You don't really hear much highway noise. The rooms are clean and everything works. I think they have backup power as I never felt the loadshedding. However there a are a few issues. The bathrooms are separated by a sandblasted glass which has a clear opening so you can easily see someone in the toilet or shower :O, this is fine for a romantic getaway but not this type of hotel. We booked a a family room for 4, but they only give 2 towels and you have ask for extras every day. Our room did not have a bar fridge and they did not have any available for us to use. We did not take the breakfast option as it was too pricey but we were glad we didnt - it was very basic with limited food options. There is a small pool but its built in a shaded area which is good somewhat but the limited sun light means it stays fairly cold even in Summer. The focus here at Premier Midrand is on business meeting and conferences as they have a whole centre dedicated to it. The security at the gate should be a bit more efficient as they scan your car and drivers licence every time you enter and leave even on a longer stay. The hotel pricing was very reasonable"

Kyalami Creek

"As a family, we stayed at Kyalami Creek on 6-7 July and then the 11-12 July 2023. The two bedroom apartments are beautifully furnished and with the cold, snowy weather we we’re experiencing at the time, we appreciated the AC to heat the main room and the small floor heater provided in the apartment. Pleasure was an absolute pleasure at check in and I cannot recommend her enough, she made me feel so welcomed and remembered our preferences for the follow up stay. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast provided and found the apartment to be well equipped and modern. Tea, coffee, milk, hand soap and fresh towels are all provided which is another nice touch. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we hope to return soon."
